HUD recommends up to 2 people per bedroom. king beds have Tempurpedic mattresses perfect for a good night’s sleep. You'll also enjoy 2 bathrooms, one with a soak-in bathtub for ultimate relaxation. The living room offers additional space, club chairs, tv, desk with computer and office chair, and 2 couches. One couch has a full size pullout mattress. The second couch has a twin xl base. Over four guests, extra fee applies. With amenities like WiFi, AC, kitchen for two, a washing machine and dryer, your stay will be comfortable and stress-free. Greatest community with best amenities in pawleys township. Close to everything . Private and quiet. We purchased this villa in early 25 bc we know it’s worth. We ,I’ve it so much and will never let it go.
