Sehr gepflegt, toller Vermieter und nah zum Strand
Wir haben als Familie mit 2 Kindern eine tolle Zeit gehabt. Zum schönen breiten Sandstrand waren es nur 8 Gehminuten. Die Lage ist ideal zum Entspannen, für sportliche Aktivitäten und die Städte an der spanischen Ostküste anzuschauen.

Toller Aufenthalt in gemütlichem Ferienhaus
Die Location war wie beschrieben und der ganze Aufenthalt war sehr positiv! Einziger negativer Punkt war eine nicht funktionierende Geschirrspühlmaschine auf die trotz rechtzeitiger persönlicher Meldung beim Dienstleister Tossal- Services nicht eingegangen wurde.

Wonderful place for family
We had a great stay in Manfred’s place. The house was very clean and super well equipped. And the most amazing part is the outdoors with great terrace and swimming pool. The beach is very pleasant for kids, very nice area. We would recommend highly to anyone who wants a nice place to stay by the beach. Very warm thanks to Manfred for his hospitality.

Great garden and pool with lots of sun
Everything was great. The house is well equiped and has all amenities and warehouse necessary for cooking, etc. The swimming pool is very well oriented to be exposed to the sun from the morning until sunset and the garden is really nice, with several seating areas, shadow and a nice view of the golf field. 7 minutes walking to the beach. The beach in Oliva nova is wonderful, we already knew it from other summers. There are also 2 or 3 good restaurants at the centro comercial. There are mosquitoes but the house has protection in the windows and electric devices to keep them far. Things to consider, although not a problem: there is no washing machine which could be a problem for longer stays, the TV is in German and we could not find beach chairs but we took ours so no problem at all. Thank you!!

La casa es muy bonita y con buen equipamiento, sólo está disponible la planta baja, la planta alta está cerrada para los propietarios. A 5 minutos caminando de una bonita playa de arena con chiringuito. Los propietarios muy amables y dispuestos, contestaban todas las dudas rápidamente por internet. Cosas a mejorar. - TV sin canales en español. - Avisar de que ciertos días vienen a limpiar la piscina y entran sin llamar, te levantas por la mañana y te encuentras a un hombre limpiando el jardín y la piscina. Bastante bien, el único inconveniente es la cantidad de mosquitos que hay, que aunque no los ves apenas, te dejan señales por todo el cuerpo. Por lo demás, muy bien. Buscábamos tranquilidad y privacidad y lo hemos conseguido. No hemos contactado con el profesional inmobiliario pero si con el dueño, muy amable y eficiente. Quizá lo que menos me gustó fue lo ruidosos que eran los colchones, a pesar de tener tapiflex.

Wonderful house in Oliva Nova
We spent 5 nights here with our 14 year old son and loved every minute! Friends of ours were also in Oliva Nova so this was a great base for us to meet up with them. The house was clean, comfortable, with every amenity we needed. The pool was lovely, providing welcome relief from the heat. The outside space had lots of options for seating or relaxing in the sun or shade. Manfred provided us with some information about the local area, which was really useful. A fabulous stay, we hope to be back in the future.

Wir waren schon ein paarmal in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus und sind jedes mal wieder begeistert. Es passt einfach alles. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man braucht und der Garten mit Pool ist super gepflegt. Ganz toll ist auch das neue Bad. Bei Fragen kann man sich jederzeit an Familie Rößler wenden. Wir haben als Familie mit 2 Kindern eine sehr schöne Zeit gehabt. Das Haus ist sauber und ein optimales Feriendomizil um zu entspannen. Zum schönen breiten Sandstrand waren es nur 5 Gehminuten. Fam. Rößler war stehts freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen wieder keine Frage.

Wow!
Using simple filters, this property was pricier than many of the other listings in the general area. I justified the added expense by knowing I'd be getting a private pool but also 1) hoping to get a certain level of privacy, and 2) hoping to get away from it all. It was a hit on all levels. The pool was incredible. A comfortable 87 degrees in the morning to 90 degrees by late afternoon. Be aware that it's a level approximately 5 feet throughout. Also, there were plenty of things to see around the general area to keep me busy if I chose to leave the area. The property's outdoor area was spacious and offered 5 different seating areas which could be alternated to get maximum shade from the sun. Privacy was excellent as it butted up to a golf course with a 4-5 foot wall and there was ample shrubbery to separate it from the neighbors on each side. Note that the top level of the building is inaccessible as it appears to be the owners' space. No big deal as there was plenty of room on the main level. My only minor suggestions (not complaints) are as follows: First, an earlier commentator suggested some written instructions/suggestions. It was true that the app (once mastered) was relatively effective. Still, for those technologically challenged people, it's always nice to have things in writing. Secondly and somewhat related to first, the Yelp link from the app had the nearest restaurant at 2 miles from property. We found the amazing Chiringuito Sunset close to the recommended beach access. Great drinks, good vibe, and decent food from a limited menu. That is unless you order paella 24 hours ahead of time. The paella was delicious. Extraordinary that this place was not even mentioned by Yelp. Maybe because it's not a permanent establishment. It is visible if you increase Google map's field of view. The owners did suggest this place after I pre-ordered my paella after I e-mailed them about places to eat near apartment, which made me feel comfortable about my decision Also, I believe cable is solely in German. No big deal as I was not too interested in watching a lot of tv although I was surprised that there was no Spanish. Lastly, it would have been nice to have a broom with a handle. Super minor suggestions (not at all complaints) to what was otherwise a terrific trip. Thank you again for sharing your home with us.

Tolle ruhige und trotzdem verkehrsgünstige Lage
Das Haus, oder besser gesagt die kleine Villa, liegt angrenzend am Golfplatz von Oliva Nova. Wenn man die Einfahrt von der Hauptstraße nach Oliva Nova nicht verpasst hat (Ausfahrt Urbanizacion) gelangt man zum Ferienhaus der Familie Rößler in dem es sich prima entspannen lässt. Komplett eingerichtet, sauber und sehr funktional. Auch der liebevoll gestaltete Außenbereich lässt sich hervorragend nutzen und lässt beim Verweilen die Stunden nur so verfliegen. Der Sandstrand und das Meer ist nur wenige Gehminuten vom Haus entfernt. Selbst in den Pfingstferien hat man den Strand beinahe für sich alleine. Entspannung und Ruhe pur! Es gibt in der Nähe zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Die wundervolle bergige Gegend um Oliva lädt zum Erkunden ein. Valencia ist eine Autostunde entfernt und bietet viel Kunst und Kultur ... Kurzum: verdiente 5 Sterne ! Daniel Bullinger

Good home for a relaxing family vacation
We had a lovely October vacation in this home. We were 4 adults and 2 kids under 2yrs old. The rooms were small, but enough space to unpack into the closets and have a suitcase on the ground beside the crib. Nice quiet location. You definitely need a rental car, as everything is driving distance except the beach, the golf course and a few small shops. There aren't pool toys, but there's a little store that sells inflatable everythings just a few blocks away for pretty cheap. Kitchen was equipped adequately for our group. We would have appreciated a little 'what's nearby' package, as we arrived tired and hungry and didn't know what was in the area. Google was good, but misdirected us a few times with opening times and locations (as it will!). Owner was very friendly and quick to reply to our last-minute reservation request. Everything was easy and convenient, and he even had a highchair for us - very much appreciated! I recommend this home!

mais très agréable et piscine de rêve
Nous avons vraiment passé un agréable moment dans cette maison qui est très bien équipée tant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur (la piscine est juste parfaite !). la vue sur le golf est reposante et la plage à moins de 5 minutes à pieds. Nous garderons vraiment un très bon souvenir de cet endroit où nous espérons pouvoir retourner. Seul point d'amélioration : il manque un lave-linge.

Très bien
Nous avons été très contents de notre séjour. La villa est conforme aux photos, l'environnement est très calme (Golf oblige) la mer toute proche et la baignade facile avec des enfants, la piscine entretenue 2 fois par semaine. Nous étions une famille de quatre. Les propriétaires étaient très à l'écoute de nos demandes malgré la barrière de la langue. Nous ne les avons pas rencontrés, nous avons reçut les clefs un mois avant de partir. Seul petit bémol (pour nous) le manque de lave linge (il y a une laverie proche) et le lit qui grince un peu ...Mais nous recommandons !

sehr schöne Lage, top ausgestattetes Haus, sauber und sehr gepflegt. jederzeit weiterzuempfehlen! Ideal für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Kurze Wege zum Strand, ideal für lange Spaziergänge...Strandlokale in benachbarten Campingplätzen laden zu Zwischenstopps ein. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, Restaurant und Bar im Hotel gleich um die Ecke. Weitere Restaurants z.B. in Oliva gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Idealer Ausgangsort für Ausflüge z.B. nach Denia. Vom Bahnhof in Gandia ist Valencia in einer Stunde zu erreichen. Ein Tip für Kaffeetrinker: Kaffeepads ins Reisegepäck - die gibt es im Supermarkt in OlivaNova nicht.

Wunderschöne Woche in Spanien
Wir waren in einer Gruppe mit 5 Personen im Sommer 2014 zu Gast in der Casa Palmera. Für uns war es der erste Aufenthalt in Oliva. Wir wurden nicht enttäuscht und würden jederzeit wieder in diese tolle Villa gehen! Ich versuche einen groben Abriss über unsere Urlaubswoche zu geben: 1) Lage Die Villa liegt schön direkt am Golfplatz, sodass man von der Terasse oder dem Pool keinen verbauten Blick hat, sondern auf das Grün blickt (echt schön!) Und manchmal macht es auch einfach Spaß, den Golfern beim Spielen zuzusehen. Man fühlt sich durch die Mauern um das Grundstück herum auch nicht neugierigen Blicken ausgesetzt (Nachbarn, Spieler oder Fußgänger), sondern hat seine Ruhe. Vom Haus aus ist man zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten am tollen Strand, wo man ausgiebig Baden oder einen Drink in einer der Strandbars nehmen kann. Zum Einkaufen sind wir immer kurz nach Oliva gefahren und haben dort in den Supermärkten oder auf Wochenmärkten alles benötigte gefunden (zu empfehlen ist auch der Straßenmarkt Freitags, wo man auch viele lokale Produkte und Kleidungsstücke kaufen kann). 2) Die Villa Uns hat genau das erwartet, was auf den Bildern zu sehen ist: Ein tolles Haus mit noch schönerem Pool und vielen schönen Pflanzen (ganz toll war auch der Feigenbaum hinter dem Haus). Es ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man braucht. Der Pool war sauber und die sanitären Anlagen hygienisch. Toll ist natürlich die große Terasse, wo sich im Sommer das ganze Leben abspielt. Wir haben oft gegrillt und den ganzen Abend draußen verbracht. Wenn es dann zu kalt wird, kann man immer noch in den Wintergarten gehen. 3) Umgebung Das Städtchen Oliva ist recht übersichtlich, aber bietet alles was man braucht. Wir sind über Alicante geflogen und haben uns dort einen Mietwagen genommen. Es gibt viele Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung: Wir waren z.B. in Valencia und Alicante (Tagesausflüge) und haben uns dem Flair von Spanischen Großstädten hingegeben. In Denia gibt es frischen Fisch direkt vom Fischer und eine tolle Burgruine, die man besichtigen kann und von der man einen tollen Blick aufs Meer hat. Mit Kindern und Jugendlichen, aber auch als Erwachsener lohnt sich auf jeden Fall auch ein Ausflug zu den Wasserfällen in der Nähe (Fonts de L'algar). Hier kann man in großen Gumpen im kristallklaren Wasser baden. Insgesamt hat Oliva also auch neben den örtlichen Highlights noch einiges im Umland zu bieten. 4) Service Wie man es wünscht! Wir kommen gerne wieder! Danke!!!
