Just steps from pristine gulf beaches, this spacious retreat offers multiple levels of living spaces including an open bunk room and semi-detached in-law suite for the perfect balance of group entertainment and guest privacy. Spread out on the raised, wraparound deck or enjoy al fresco dining and shady lounging on the ground-floor patio. Guests in the upper bedroom will enjoy canal views from a private balcony or lounge in the spacious loft.
The main floor features a bright, open layout with contemporary design and furnishings. The kitchen is equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances and gorgeous, custom counters providing plenty of space for the home chef to flex their muscles. The island prep station doubles as a dining counter with seating for four. Leather sofas and a smart TV in the living room provide a comfortable place to relax and unwind inside. The downstairs in-law suite includes a wet bar, fridge, microwave, and dining table seating for four.
