Other Things to Note:
Please note that a $12 Environmental Fee per stay will be applied to all bookings starting February 1, 2025, to support local sustainability.

The home does have high end water filtration so very safe to drink.
Small children should be supervised by adults at all times, adults are responsible for children's safety. Child hazards include but are not limited to: Dipping Pool with no gates. This villa comfortably accommodates up to 9.
Remember, this property is dog-friendly (15lbs or smaller). If you intend to bring a dog, you must notify us upon arrival. An additional $250 USD cleaning fee (per dog) will apply without exception, and last-minute arriving pets will not be allowed on the property.
In order to maintain a secure and enjoyable environment for all our guests, we do not permit external vendors inside our properties. Our concierge service is available to recommend trusted vendors for any assistance you may need. Thank you for your understanding.

We accept monthly reservations, however, an additional refundable security deposit of 500 USD for each month may apply, please confirm this before booking.

While we want you to freely enjoy your stay, be assured that our Property Management and Concierge staff will be at your service since you book and through your stay for any question or reservation you may need.
