This home comfortably sleeps 9 guests between 4 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a fireplace, balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed.

Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed.

Bedroom #4 includes full size bed and a twin size bed up the ladder.

The home also includes a half bathroom and an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

• Driveway, garage, and street parking for 3 vehicles available.
• Portable crib available.
• A deposit of $1500/month is due prior to check-in to cover the cost of utilities and damages for this home. Once deducted from this deposit at the end of your stay, the remainder will be returned within 14 days. If the cost of utilities should exceed the allotted $1500/month, please note that guests are required to cover the difference. Gas and/or water tend to be the most expensive utilities.
