ITs very quiet with 9.5 to10 out 10 schools in the area. Two parks you can walk to same as the schools lots of places 5-10 min to eat and go out for fun for you are the kids. Great big backyard with bbq every weekend and free washer dyer and towels same for most bathroom supplies. Great downtown area only 5min away and the mall only 10 min amazing location,
