☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆
Large groups will have plenty of room to relax and spread out across four spacious bedrooms, and there are a few extra sleeping spaces to accommodate up to 16 guests with ease. All four bedrooms are located on the upper level and feature locks, blackout curtains, and spacious walk-in closets. Three of the four bedrooms also have desks, and all rooms have ethernet ports for extra internet stability, which gives the digital nomads in your group a quiet haven to work and rest away from the group (ethernet cable are available for rent with advance notice).
The first bedroom features a queen-sized bed, a smart Roku-enabled TV, and an executive desk and chair. A second bedroom offers a queen-sized bed with a smart-TV and a twin-over-twin bunk bed, along with a small desk that provides a convenient workspace. The third bedroom offers one queen-sized bed with a white desk and chair and one full bed , while the fourth bedroom features two sets of twin over full-sized bunk beds, a stool, and a nightstand.
Playpen is available with advance requests.
There is also one leather couch on the main floor that pulls out into a full-size bed, plus two twin-sized air mattresses available upon request. The leather couch can also serve as an additional sleeping area. Please let us know if you will be using these areas at least 24 hours before check-in so we can prepare extra bedding for your group.
Our linens and towels are 100% cotton and are freshly cleaned and washed for every check-in. The beds are equipped with either memory foam or pillow-top mattresses for extra comfort and are covered with mattress protectors, bed bug catchers, fitted and flat sheets, a comforter, one accent pillow, and two pillows per guest. Please note that underneath our cottons sheets, we have mattress protectors that have plastic linings to protect the mattress; if this will create sleeping issues, please find a different listing.

This spacious home has two full bathrooms, one on the main level and one upstairs. Both are outfitted with a shower and tub combination so you can choose between a relaxing soak or a refreshing shower. You’ll find plenty of fresh towels and complimentary toiletries provided for your convenience. Each bathroom has one bottle of 2-in-1 shampoo/conditioner, one bottle of body wash, and one package of makeup remover wipes.

The quaint kitchen is equipped with all the essentials you'll need to cook up a storm during your stay, plus a few fun extras like a rice cooker, a pressure cooker, and a blender. The cupboards and drawers are stocked with all the cookware, dishes, and utensils you’ll need. There’s also a small supply of coffee, tea, creamer, hot chocolate, salt, sugar, and pepper.
Enjoy your meals around the table in the dining nook, which has an extendable table that comfortably seats 10 guests, or relax on one of the leather sofas in the living room. Another small portable table and extra foldable chairs are neatly tucked away next to the recliners. In addition to kid-friendly utensils and dishes, high chairs are available upon request. Between the living room and the dining room, there are enough seats for 22 people. There’s one leather sofa convertible into two recliners next to the kitchen facing the dining room TV, plus an additional lounge space with two more sofas and an additional Smart TV - no need to fight over the remote! ☆☆ OUTDOOR SPACE ☆☆
In addition to the home’s private indoor space, guests will also have shared access to the backyard. This outdoor space is completely fenced in, so feel free to bring your furry friend and let them run freely! There’s also a BBQ grill and a fire pit. This is a great area for yard games or grilling out, but note that it is not professionally landscaped and part of the lawn is covered with dirt.

Guests will have full access to the entire unit of the home. There are two other units on this property, connected by interior doors in the dining room and living room. Shared areas include the backyard, driveway, and laundry room in the garage. For security reasons, all doors connecting to the other units should remain locked at all times; doors to the entry and the laundry room are always locked prior to every check-in, and guests should keep these doors locked to maintain security, privacy, exclusivity, and safety. Only staff has keys to these doors, so guests in the other units will not be able to enter your area.
If you’re traveling with multiple families or any other large group, contact the host for info about booking all three of the property’s units.
The RV parking located to the right side of the garage is reserved exclusively for guests booking this listing; the rest of the parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
The backyard is not nicely landscaped yet, and pool construction might happen during your stay. If this is a concern for you, please ask the host if there is construction during your reservation.
Cleanliness, safety, convenience, comfort, and saving money are what we are about. We go out of our way to provide a clean space for our guests and follow up-to-date recommended cleaning procedures from the CDC and Airbnb.
Note that some furnishings like comforters and pillows are subject to change and may not match the photos. We switch out bedding often to make sure that we provide each group with fresh, clean linens.
For extra security, there are outdoor cameras that surround the exteriors of the property. We do not have cameras inside the home to respect guests' privacy.
Only the upstairs rooms are insulated against noise from the other units, so if you stay on the main level you may hear guests from the other units. Quiet hours are strictly enforced. Please be courteous to your surrounding neighbors and keep your noise level and music at a reasonable volume.
We promise a warm, cozy, and functional home, but the furnishings are not brand-new. This may not be the rental for you if you expect brand-new, luxurious furnishings similar to the hotel standard. The home is priced accordingly, making it a great budget option for large groups!
REFUND POLICY: It is our hope that every guest can have a 100% pleasant, comfortable experience with us. However, we cannot serve you if you do not communicate with us. It is your responsibility to let us know within 24 hours after check-in of any issues that the cleaning staff might have overlooked so that we can make reasonable efforts to resolve the problem. Our 100% refund policy will only be applied toward guests who have documentation of the issue, the issue has been communicated to the host within 24 hours of the incident, and the host has not made reasonable efforts to rectify/resolve the issues to the guests' satisfaction.
