Our entire property is accessible to our guests including our off-site fitness center with a lap pool, hot/dry saunas, aerobic machines, free weights and courts.

Our team members love to converse with our residents! We are always on and off site during normal business hours and are always open to having a chat with our residents.

Our apartments and town homes are located in residential communities but are walkable to shopping, dining, and downtown events. We have great neighbors, and we are away from downtown vagrant crime.

Public transportation is available, but an UBER ride is quicker. We are within a 5-20 minute drive from the Spokane International Airport.
