I like giving guest their space but I will be available in case anything comes up.

House rules
(1) Shoes off on carpet
(2) use all you need but please do not take anything out of the home.
(3) occupancy permitted for registered guests only.
(4) No unauthorized visitors/events/social gatherings.
(5) Please respect the neighbors and the home.
(6) Checkout by 11:00am.
(7) Put all dishes in the dishwasher/kitchen and start.
(8) Bag and put all trash in the trash dumpster in garage.
(9) Put all dirty towels/sheets .etc. in the laundry baskets.
(10) Return all furniture and game pieces to their original location you found them.
(11) Notify host when you depart
