We absolutely love the Shoals area and have always wanted a place downtown Florence. We love having the opportunity to share our love for Florence with new friends!
Why they chose this property
Downtown Florence really is the heart of the Shoals. When it’s happening here, it’s happening downtown. We love the convenience of Loft 217 to be able to walk around town, to the restuarants and shops.
What makes this property unique
Loft 217 is a historic Florence property. Originally “the Eleanor,” the property has been loved for over a century. Guest will be treated to the original hardwoods and masonry along with a central view of Court Street. Truly, the best part of Loft 217 is ease of access to downtown, UNA, McFarland, and the Tennessee River.
