Yellow Springs is a welcoming community to all races, cultures, sexual orientations. This is a comfortable, clean, old-fashioned home (quintessential YS), two blocks from downtown. It is a lived in home at the times guests are not visiting. The neighborhood is pleasant, quiet and safe.
A separate small family apartment is attached to the house similar to a duplex. Soundproofing between units maintains privacy. Please no loud partying or loud music. The cozy bedroom features a very comfortable queen bed, perfect for a good night's sleep. Enjoy the pleasant bathroom with a relaxing bathtub and hair dryer. This lovely property also offers WiFi, heating, iron, and AC for your convenience. I'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.
