Welcome to our vintage bungalow, a charming retreat built in 1945, located in the heart of Folsom's historic district. Just a couple of blocks away from vibrant Sutter Street, where you'll find an array of locally owned shops, delightful restaurants, wine tasting, and lively bars. Here you can also enjoy seasonal events such as the Saturday Farmer's Market, summer concert series & winter ice rink.

The bungalow features two bedrooms each with queen beds, a queen sleeper sofa in the living room and a full-size bath. The bungalow comes equipped with games for indoor fun and paddle boards for outdoor adventures. The spacious backyard includes a large, covered dining area, ideal for alfresco meals, and is adorned with live grapevine, fruit trees and mood lighting.
