The formal living room boasts lots of year round light and opens onto a generous deck, perfect for grilling and overlooking the inground pool and cabana. A flow just perfect for entertaining on warm Spring, Summer and Fall months. On chilly days you can curl up with a great book in front of the wood burning fireplace that graces the cozy living room.

The oversized dining room opens to a gourmet kitchen that has been gut renovated with Cararra countertops and back splash, an island with seating, modern light fixtures, and stainless steel appliances make this a foodie's dream kitchen. The kitchen also has a comfortable and less formal eat in area which is graced with an oversized window overlooking the serene rear yard, allowing for friends and family to enjoy your company while amazing feasts are prepared.

The main floor also boasts a queen sized bedroom and powder room. There is an updated laundry/mudroom conveniently located for efficiency of living. The upstairs continues the warm traditional layout with the use of luxurious textiles throughout. The bedrooms are all very oversized and flooded with light. The master king sized bedroom and ensuite is graced with a Carrara tiled glass shower, a stunning stand alone soaking tub, Carrara marble floors, and an oversized walk in closet. Perfect vacation property

My husband, sons, and I have rented many nice homes over the years but this was this was our favorite one yet. The location,grounds,and house are beautiful and secluded, the pool was fantastic and kept at an ideal temperature, the home is super well-equipped with everything you could want or need.The owners showed great hospitality, even providing alcohol, wine, coffee, and a new set of grilling tools. The kitchen had a full cabinet of spices, which I’ve never encounteted before.We had a few questions about how things worked and Kate always responded to my texts immediately. We wished we could have stayed longer than 5 nights. Definitely 5+ stars!

Loved it!

The house is very well equipped and very comfortable and clean. My family, 5 adults and 2 children aged 4 and 2 had a wonderful time. Not everyone was there for the entire two weeks but I was and loved the peace and quiet. Heading back to work fully refreshed. Thank you Reeves family.

Ideal getaway

We spend a month in this lovely home in July. The house was comfortable, well appointed and we enjoyed the pool every day! Kate was a pleasure to deal with and very responsive to our needs. We really felt relaxed in this beautiful setting.

Lovely home, beautiful decor. Quite and relaxing. Perfect for a weekend away from the City.

We really enjoyed the place despite being snowed in. Kids played in the snow and the fireplace made it a perfect winter weekend. Creek nearby was a lovely surprise.

Long Weekend Getaway

Fun upstate weekend getaway with my family and another family all with young children. Katie was a great host, always responsive, and her house was perfectly set in an idyllic setting. Only two hours outside of Manhattan, which made it that much more appealing. Plenty of outdoor fun options nearby including an arts & food fair as well as hiking. The house was also well equipped and comfortable, and plenty of books & board games for the kids. We would definitely come stay here again!

Perfect pre-fall family getaway

This was our first VRBO rental. Katie was very responsive along the process (and even after the trip when we left our bathing suits in the dryer). The house was clean and contemporary. We like to cook and the kitchen had everything we needed. The layout was perfect for 4 adults and 2 kids. As city-folk, we were thrilled to have pool and so much space to run around outside.

Perfect Fall Getaway, Beautiful Home

My extended family and I felt right at home at this beautifully appointed, like-new home amidst the privacy of the forest. Our two children fell in love with the castle play structure in the back yard, and we really loved sitting by the fireplace with our glasses of wine after a long day of hiking and apple picking. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all spotless and modern, the kitchen was fully stocked, and we really appreciated all the restaurant and shopping suggestions from the owners. We even loved the thoughtfulness of the game closet and got in a good game of monopoly. No complaints, was a perfect place to stay for our family!

Wonderful house, perfect setting.

Amazing property, beautiful decor, impecable. We spent there 3 weekends with our family and enjoyed every minute of it...fabulous pool area, garden, great deck and grill. The owners were super helpful, very detailed oriented and kind. Lots of outdoor activities nearby and picturesque towns. Than you!

Lovely house looked just like the pictures.

We enjoyed a lovely Memorial Weekend at the house. The house is just like the pictures and there was plenty of space for 2 families with young kids. Our kids really enjoyed the play fort as well as the pool. The hosts were very responsive and easy to communicate with, and we had a great weekend.
