I am a licensed Realtor in Colorado and SW Florida. I travel back and forth between the mountains and the beach and enjoy most anything outdoors. I love providing beautiful places for people to create memories and where they are able to explore the places that I love.
Why they chose this property
I love Wellen Park because of the vibrancy in the area. Live Music, sports (Atlanta Braves Spring Training facility is down the street), Farmer's Markets galore, shopping, and many outdoor activities just minutes away. I decided on Wellen Park Golf and Country Club because of the amenities and the flexibility of being able to rent my home when I am in Colorado. I love the tiki bar, the pickelball courts, dog park, work out area because it feels like I am living in a resort and I love it!
What makes this property unique
My home is in a small cul-de-sac, near all of the amenities. The backyard faces toward the west and I am able to enjoy the beautiful sunsets that Florida has to offer. The large covered Lanai allows you to spend most of the day outside or enjoy watching movies at night while soaking in the Salt Water pool/hottub. My home is my happy place and I just want to share it with you.
