This home includes two desks in two different rooms to be used as independent working spaces. Two full bathrooms feature bathtub showers, and each with powered vents and windows.
Guests can relax and unwind in this peaceful retreat, while at the same time be just walks or short Uber rides to downtown, stadiums, Lake Washington, parks, restaurants and more. A short Uber ride to the light rail station gets to and from the airport and other points between Seattle, Bellevue and Northern neighborhoods.
The property also offers amenities like washer dryer, a new cook's gas range and Cafe refrigerator, and a 6-seat breakfast nook called "Jonny's Room." (Funny story...) The back yard has a new gas grill, an outdoor table and chairs for 6, perfect for long Seattle summer days where it's daylight until 9:30 at it's peak.
And... typewriters. The home's owner has been collecting and restoring machines, going back to 1914, and there are typewriters scattered about the home, many for use by guests.
The large dining table can comfortably seat 8.
