Why they chose this property
Sport lake road is just outside of town, just off the highway but still get a quiet and private feel. This property is nicely located between kenai and Soldotna about 5-10 min either way.
What makes this property unique
Our property is small but utilities the space well. It has everything you need. It’s attached to storage, so private and quiet.
