Fin de Semana en Playa!
We spent a quick weekend in Playa and the apartment was perfect for us! The host was very quick to respond to our questions and very helpful. The apartment was comfortable, clean and spacious and so close to everything Playa has to offer. Would definitely stay here again.

perfect experience
The property location couldn't be better. Close to coco beach, restaurants, grocery store, 5th avenue a block away but far enough to not hear the action on 5th. The host Amy was exceptional ! She would answer our texts within minutes.Best host ever! The unit had great wifi, a good kitchen, lovely balcony, air con.The neighbourhood is quiet.The house keeper/cleaner was very efficient and our unit was spotless. The sunsets from the roof terrace were super. Hope this unit is available on our next trip to Playa, definitely would stay again.

Great price and close to the entertainment area
We stayed in a nice studio apartment on the sixth floor with easy access to the roof top pool. We enjoyed the relaxing feeling the roof top has and we love the proximity to the area of entertainment and the beach. The only negtive feedback I can give is that the pool area needs to be upgraded with safer rails and bordered plexiglass around the pool. All and all, we definetly recomend this place and look forward to staying there in the future. Just a side note, the area restaurants are good and inexpensive. Thumbs up for the carnitas place, Cieliti lindo. it has authentic tacos and priced awesome along with some great people running it. Hope to see you soon.

Clean, Well Maintained Building and Unit
The unit and building were both very clean and well maintained. The location is just outside the tourist area, which we liked. Yet, there are local grocery stores, fruit stands, coffee shops and restaurants as soon as you walk out the door. And we loved the rooftop pool. When we visit Carmen del Playa in the future, we hope to stay there again.
