• Second Bedroom (Second Floor) – A full bed with beautiful water views
• Third Bedroom (Second Floor) – A queen bed for a restful night’s sleep
• Landing Area (Second Floor) – A twin bed, ideal for additional guests or kids
• Basement – Kid-friendly space with two twin bunk beds, offering extra sleeping space and plenty of room for entertainment

• First Floor Bathroom – Attached to the primary bedroom, featuring a walk-in shower for quick access
• Second Floor Bathroom – A tub-shower combo shared by the second-floor bedrooms and loft

• Newly Renovated Kitchen – Fully equipped with modern appliances, perfect for preparing meals together

**Please note: Dock access is shared with the front lake house. A designated sidewalk leads from the cottage to the water for your convenience. We kindly ask that all guests be respectful of this shared space so everyone can enjoy the lakefront experience peacefully and comfortably.

• Day Parking Only – Docking is available for approved day parking to ensure guest and neighbor safety

We can help connect you with local contacts to enjoy time on the water with a boat rental (subject to availability!). To note: We recommend securing these details early to ensure availability!

House Rules:
No Smoking
Smoking is not allowed inside the home. Please use designated outdoor areas if you wish to smoke.

No Pets
Unfortunately, we can't accommodate pets at this time. We love animals, but this space is not pet-friendly.

No Parties or Events
Please no parties or events, and quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.

Respect the Neighbors
Be mindful of the neighbors and keep noise levels down, especially in the evening.

Additional Guests
Only registered guests are allowed on the property at all times.

Parking
Please park in the designated areas only. Details will be provided prior to arrival.

Use of Lake & Dock
Please be respectful and cautious while using the lake and dock area. Remember, it's a shared space, and safety always comes first!

Boat Parking
Boats can be temporarily docked during the day, but they are not allowed to park overnight for liability purposes. Please make arrangements for docking prior to your arrival.

Children must be supervised at all times — especially near the dock and water. The lakefront area is not childproof, and safety is our top priority. Please keep a close eye on little ones at all times.

No fireworks allowed — This includes sparklers, firecrackers, or any other pyrotechnics. For the safety of our guests, neighbors, and the natural surroundings, fireworks are strictly prohibited.
