We are conveniently located just 300 yards from A1A and the ocean. Turn right and Daytona Beach is 25 minutes away. Turn left and wonderful Flagler Beach is 10 minutes away, St. Augustine a scant hour. We have recently had some terrific new restaurants and stores come into our area mixing in with the great ones that were already here. Plenty of places to dine on all sorts of cuisines, from barbecue, fast foods, and fabulous sandwiches to ethnic and high end cuisine. And fish, lots of fish!

This house is a three bedroom, 2.5 bath fun beach home. We provide what you need for the beach - chairs, umbrellas, towels, coolers, skim board, 2 surfboards (one learner one), beach wagon and boogie boards.
There are also 5 bikes and fishing rods and gear in the garage.
The main bedroom and bath are upstairs and feature a king size bed, smart TV, antiques, gorgeous glass and wood closet doors, desk and beautiful ensuite bathroom with vintage Mexican tile and colored cement.

We designed our home to truly be a comfortable and welcoming beach house. You will get that feeling as soon as you walk in. The house inspires relaxation and fun! In the living room is a 65” Samsung smart tv, upstairs is a 50” Roku smart tv and in the back bedroom is an 42” Vizio tv with a Roku box. We provide access to Netflix, Amazon Prime TV, Apple TV, Britbox and YouTube TV.....or just sign into your own preferred accounts.

We love to cook and we have stocked the kitchen with that in mind. Enjoy any and all of the cookware. Whether you cook, grill, order pizza or eat out, you will find EVERYTHING you need in the kitchen, including numerous utensils. There is an automatic drip coffee maker as well as a French press and Keurig. There is a slow cooker, electric stock pot, air fryer, ice cream maker, hand crank ice crusher, waffle maker, wine fridge and all the necessary small kitchen appliances. And, if you adhere to "leave the cooking to the professionals" style, there are SO many wonderful choices within a short drive time, Flagler Beach to the north or Ormond and Daytona to the south. The washer and dryer are in the garage as well as an extra fridge for all your drinks and bigger items and a sink.
There is a grill and marble table on the back patio along with a gorgeous custom cement table and benches. There are two full propane tanks, one on the grill and one in the breezeway. We love and enjoy relaxing or entertaining on the screen enclosed breezeway. On a quiet evening (most are!) you can hear the ocean. Also, there are numerous parks and water activities close by with SO many things to do.
We do not allow smoking (and this includes all items that blow smoke). We also do not allow wild parties or blaring music.
The breezeway divides the house somewhat. When you enter, you will enter into the breezeway. Straight ahead is the door to the main part of the house. Here is the living room, kitchen, downstairs bedroom with two twin beds, and a full bathroom and upstairs is the master suite (king bedroom with full bathroom). On the OTHER side of the breezeway is a private third queen bedroom with powder room. If you have guests, this is perfect and quite private for them and teenagers also love it.
And INSIDE the breezeway is the "inside/outside" shower which is awesome.
