Ski-in/Ski-out Studio w/Snowy Alpine Views - Walk to Main St

This spacious studio condo hosts breathtaking views of Breckenridge Ski Resort

and the Ten Mile Range. The mountain contemporary room features cedar accents

and modern furniture, along with dual bathroom sinks. The kitchen is

accentuated with black granite counter-tops, matching stainless steel

appliances and lightly colored wood cabinets. A queen size bed allows for a

comfortable nights sleep. Additionally, a sleeper-sofa in the living area

provides room for two additional guests.



These ski in/ski out (hike in/out in the summer) accommodations are perfectly

situated at the base of the Breckenridge Ski Resort's QuickSilver chair lift

and steps away from the Rocky Mountains' most incredible and diverse terrain

for skiers and riders of all levels. The Village is steps from historic Main

Street, providing the best access to everything Breckenridge has to offer.

Bordered by the White River National Forest, a serene Maggie pond, the trout

filled Blue River and the world class ski runs of Breckenridge Resort, the

Village has something for everyone, in every season.



On-site parking is limited and paid on property at the rate of $55 a night

until the end of the ski season. Spring/Summer pricing to come. Parking rates

are always subject to change. For confirmation on the rate during your stay,

please contact our property directly. If parking is not available during your

stay, our staff can direct you to overnight parking lots located off-property.



Just outside the circle is a stop for Breckenridge's FREE shuttle bus system

that can take you throughout town or connect you with FREE bus services to

other area resorts such as Arapahoe Basin, Keystone, or Copper Mountain.

Great views and location
Convenient slopeside location with great views of the mountains. The reclining daybed was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. The humidifier works TOO well, condensing all over the counter so we had to put it in the sink. One other item that needs looking at are the windows; the frames are starting to warp and will need repairs soon so that they close tightly.

The studio had a beautiful view of the slopes that I had skied a
Front desk needs people who are more attentive. They couldn’t understand English. Had to explain several times what I was talking about.

Room booked was OCCUPIED when we arrived! Sad start to vacation. Cannot reach management company.
I'm sure this specific unit would have been wonderful had we actually gotten to stay in it! We booked this Unit, but when we arrived from a very long travel day, finally excited to check into our room, the front desk manager informed us that the room was occupied. We were offered another room that happened to be available, and accepted it as to not ruin our vacation. The property as a whole, was good, and great location; however, we are not pleased with the room we got as opposed to the room we paid for! The Unit we booked, and paid for before ever arriving, was MUCH nicer, more updated than the sad looking hotel room we were given. We are not the type to dwell on this and ruin our much looked forward to vacation with our daughter as this was all unfolding; we accepted the other room and made due. However, I now fully expect some sort of refund for the difference in what we got, as to what we paid for. I will never book with VRBO/HOMEAWAY again unless we are compensated. It is not fair to book a specific room/condo, but be given something less than when you arrive. We would have NEVER booked the room that we were given, and definitely would not have paid what we did. Really put a damper on our trip to be honest... knowing we were not in something as nice as we expected AND PAID FOR.

Red Awning is not a good property management company.
After we booked with RedAwning our check in procedures were vague. We could not reach a live agent for answers. I kept getting the same vague statements. I spoke with a VRBO rep and she was very helpful but also could not reach a rep from Red Awning. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip after we finally got checked in. Our hotel/studio staff were very attentive to everything we asked.
