This house features four new bed sets high quality couches a 70 TV with Netflix access in the living room and a 55 TV in the master bedroom. Fast wifi a fully-stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs and the best new mattresses will ensure you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Each of the four bedrooms feature new furniture with the most comfortable mattresses you will sleep on while traveling. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and a 55 Roku enabled TV. The remaining bedrooms have queen beds. Each bedroom has new comfortable pillows and linens that match the room's decor as well USB bedroom lamps and sturdy nightstands.

The living room features plenty of seating with a comfy oversized sectional that also allows for an additional place for a guest to sleep. This area has a 65 Roku enabled TV with Netflix and local channels already setup for guests to use. You're welcome to download any other channels and use your own logins to watch whatever you like as well as use the screen mirroring function to mirror from tablets and laptops.

The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook your own meals during your stay and a dining table is just between the kitchen and living area. This can also be used as an office area.

The bathrooms are clean updated and stocked with all the linens and toiletries one might need throughout their stay. The hair dryer is mounted on the wall and other miscellaneous items are stored in the cabinet space under the sink. Shampoo and body wash is provided in each of the bathrooms. The master features a separate bath and shower while the second bathroom has a shower-tub combo.

This is not a pet friendly property so please plan on leaving your furry friends at home. The backyard is large fenced in and includes plenty of room to enjoy the West Texas sunsets from the pergola. Parking in the front has plenty of space for 2-3 vehicles and the garage is accessible if needed. This property is located in a quiet family- friendly neighborhood.

Our interaction with guests is very minimal. The front door has a keypad so that you may let yourselves in and out. Once you have booked, please refer to the check-in instructions for entry codes that are sent out 3 days before your stay. Please only use the keypad lock to lock the door. Do not lock the bottom lock on the front door. We pride ourselves on our quick responses. Let us know if you're looking for restaurant recommendations or something to do!

Shawna, Meaghan, and Jenna are your local hosts. We are available by phone, text, or Airbnb message whenever needed. Unless it's an emergency please try to limit late night phone calls or texts. We are happy to assist guests whenever needed but we do have our own families that we take care of as well. If you need anything, just reach out.

This property is located North-West of Lubbock in North Pointe, close to several grocery and convenient stores. It is only a 5 minute drive to Texas Tech, where you can find fun downtown restaurants and shopping. Feel free to ask for any dining or activity recommendations.

The house is close to Loop 289, North Slide Rd, and the interstate, making it a very convenient location for getting around the city.
