"Camp David " is a stunning 3 story single family home. Features 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Breathtaking views along the Sound shoreline and only a 5 minutes drive to the Gulf of Mexico. First floor has a Queen bed sleeps 2, on the second floor features 3 more bedrooms, King Master Suite with adjoining full private bath, Queen Guest Bedroom, adorable bunk room with 2 set of bunk beds, sleeps-4 perfect for the little ones, Flat screen TV's in all bedrooms. All new upscale furnishings, tile and beautiful white washed wood floors,carpet in bedrooms, granite counter tops and a well appointed kitchen with stainless appliances. Living room has large flat screen tv, wireless internet, cable channels. The large private balconies have plenty of lounging while you inhale the breathtaking evening sunsets or morning sunrises. Covered carport parking. Pool table, 4-adult bikes provided for your use. Golf Cart rental available
Come and relax around the Community pool and hot tub and bask in the warm summer sun with your toes in the sand.
(Only hot tub is heated)

"Camp David "is a perfect choice whether you are planning a family vacation, romantic weekend, a golfing get-away, or to view the famous Blue Angels air show.
Without ever leaving the island, you will find a wide range of activities to fulfill your days and nights. This condo is centrally located so you can go to the pier and beaches within 5 minutes. If you are looking for a day of adventure, Juana’s offers body boarding, personal watercraft, kayak and bike and boat rentals. Golf Cart rental available.

Navarre is a short drive, only 2 miles away, and offers shopping and dining. Or stay along the scenic drive of Gulf Blvd and take in the beauty of Navarre Beach to Pensacola Beach.

Great Management Team-Great House
We had a whole houseful of beach lovers and we enjoyed the location, just a block from the Gulf and about a half block from the sound. Great fishing in the area, lots of great options to eat out. Make sure you get everything you need from the grocery store because if it is a busy week/weekend, the traffic makes it a pain to get to the grocery store. Besides that, great location! Very chill area.

Quick getaway trip!
Last minute trip to just relax and unwind. The property was awesome! From the moment we arrived we were just blown away with quiet clean residence. Kids enjoyed the beach, pool and hot tub. Everything close and convenient with zero stress. The back porch morning and night was extremely relaxing. All the amenities of home with none of the hassle! I wish I would have known about the local golf cart rentals. Maybe something to add into the description. Also had to call for codes to get in to property because they were not sent out at time specified! Really not a complaint so much just a push for better communication! Would stay there again for sure!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had 6 Adults and a child and we fit perfectly. Loved that the table was large enough for us all. As a frequent traveler - we found it clean, as in our toddler played on all the floors and we had no concerns. It was adequately stocked with appliance, kitchen utensils and had plenty of bath and pool towels. Loved the washer and dryer! Would have been nice to have more than 2 trash bags and a few rolls of TP for a week stay but we found some at local Walmart. Location was PERFECT! Quiet and gated neighborhood that was well kept. Communication about the 'free golf cart' could have been better as we used it and was immediately texted/called about the fact that we weren't authorized. Cleared it up in minutes but don't advertise it as free if you aren't prepared for it to be used (also - wow reported and called within minutes of using it). Overall would recommend for families - beach access was so convenient. Navarre doesn't have a lot of activities on island but Pensocola and Fort Walton/Destin are 30 min drives for more options.

Navarre is a great location if your looking for a slower pace of beach. House was gorgeous and in a gated community. Walking distance to the bay. The only thing I was not 100 satisfied with was proximity to beach. I was hoping to walk but we had to drive. The other thing was tie cost to use golf carts. Pricey in my opinion. We chose not to rent and actually never regretted that. Would i stay here again. Absolutely.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in this exact house two years prior. I have to say that we love the house itself. Very beautifully designed, plenty of room, great layout, comfortable beds except for the queen bed (when people move around it makes a lot of noise), and all the tools you need to cook. However, some changes we were disappointed in. Last time there was a hair dryer, more spices, ample toilet paper, ample dish soap, ample trash bags, and the “gulf cart” was included (which we really enjoyed!) and the hot tub was not working and I reached out to the manager and was told it was getting looked at (it never worked while we were there). We would recommend if certain things changed.
