Spacious Comfort: Sleeps 16 with 4 cozy bedrooms (2 bedrooms have King beds, one is on main level and one is on basement level) and other 2 bedrooms (on basement level) have Queen over Queen bunk beds. Plus there is an office on main level with a desk and 2 sleeper sofas (each turn into full size beds) as well as a trundle bed in basement with 2 Twin XL Beds) and 2.5 bathrooms, making it perfect for large families or groups. All beds, including bunk beds and trundle beds have plush, comfortable mattresses that get rave reviews.

The master shower is located right off the master bedroom on main level and is separate from the main master bathroom. Please note we are located in the middle of the forest. We have a lot of wildlife including but not limited to deer, skunks, squirrels, opossums. This area is also known for coyote, bobcats, and bears. As well a large variety of arachnids and insects. We have our property routinely sprayed. Please be mindful of wildlife and do not throw or leave trash outdoors, especially food. And only open windows and doors with screens. We will not refund for pests and wildlife.

All trash must be kept in big black trash can in garage. Do not leave trash outside, especially food, as it can attract bears.

No parties of any kind allowed

This is a non-smoking property. No smoking inside or outside permitted anywhere on property. There will be $650 cleaning fee strictly enforced for any violations.

Gas fireplace on main level of home is on a timer. The only way to operate is by using timer. Do not attempt to open, tamper or change any settings for fireplace. Please note: exterior of fireplace can get very hot, so exercise caution, watch children and use at own risk.

Gas fireplace in basement is NOT for guest use and should not be tampered with or attempted to turn on.

Due to allergies, we are a pet free home. Please do not bring any pets of any kind. There will be $650 cleaning fee strictly enforced for any violations.

Please do not use any hair or clothing dyes inside or outside property

Guests are NOT permitted to go inside chicken coop, old propane house/storage or climb on or under gazebo top. Gazebo top is located beneath retaining wall. Guest are also not permitted in locked service closet or in locked owners room.

Please note all exterior steps and rocks can be very slippery, especially when wet. Please exercise caution and walk at own risk.

No tampering with anything on property including but not limited to wifi, gas fireplaces and outdoor security cameras. Immediate eviction with zero refund if tampering occurs. You will also be responsible for any costs in repairing/restoring anything that was tampered with.

Please do not rearrange the furniture in the house.

Additional housekeeping, linen changes, towel exchanges, etc all available by request and subject to housekeepers availability. Any of these services will be an additional $50/hr charge to guest.

Please only use trash compactor in kitchen if you are familiar with use and have used them before. You must provide your own trash compactor bags if you are wanting to use trash compactor. If you break compactor, you will be responsible for repairs/replacement

Exterior Elevator is not for guest use. Please do not tamper or touch.

We have baby gate for stairs but our house is NOT baby proof. You are 100% responsible for maintaining safety of yourself, children and all occupants. We also have a baby crib and high chair available for guest use.

We have exterior cameras watching all exterior doors. We do not watch these, we only pull the videos if we need to review for our protection and your protection.

Any issues with property must be reported within 24 hours of check-in. We reserve the right to correct any issues, rather than offering refund.
