Family Church Vacation
The place itself was great. Amenities were great. The pool and hot tub were cleaned daily. The view of the ocean from the balcony was spectacular. It was also great that we were able to enjoy pool and hot tub in peace. Some of our friends stayed elsewhere and were to the point of harassed with the bracelet and parking lot issues. The unit itself was nice , very clean, but needs some updates. The pictures of furniture, etc were not the same as the website. But we had a wonderful time!

Lovely condo
I loved staying in this condo. It’s beautiful. The host is very accommodating and helpful, communication was great! The condo also comes with a reservation on two beach chairs under an umbrella during certain parts of the year. Couldn’t be happier.

Beautiful Condo
Beautiful ocean front condo. Balcony is HUGE! Loved the front load full size washer and dryer!! Condo is very clean and comfortable. Ella is very accommodating and fast to reply to messages. I truly appreciated that we were able to check-in to our room way earlier than expected. My family and I enjoyed our stay and we are looking forward to booking this condo next year! :)

This place was awesome! The location and beach view were great! Ella was very helpful during the booking process and answered all questions. I would definitely recommend this place for your next visit. The only thing I recommend is more towels and an ironing board, besides that book this place you will enjoy!

Beautiful Stay with an Amazing Balcony
Immediate impression was that the condo felt like I was right at home. We were BLOWN AWAY at the size of the balcony! Loved the decor and the artwork. It was very modern and not just “beach” decor. The property manager was very helpful with my needs as a handicapped individual and we noticed lots of extras that would have been great for a family with babies like a baby bath tub and a playpen. Tons of dishes and extra linens. The only negatives were there was sand in every bed, the guest shower had hair on the wall, and the master bedroom’s bed was extremely uncomfortable. I would 100% stay here again though. I saw a few reviews mentioning noise and the entire two weeks were SUPER quiet so we personally did not have any issue with noise.

Everything overall was perfect! Our condo was clean and ready hours before it was supposed to be and I was quickly notified that we could check in early. Our room was very clean and suited our needs perfectly. Would definitely stay again!

Great trip!
The property was nothing like the pictures. I think the photos online were of a completely different condo. However, I think what we got was even BETTER than the other. It was WONDERFUL! Clean and had all of the things we needed (kitchen, furniture, beach stuff). It is perfectly located close to restaurants, grocery, and right on the beach. The only complaint I have is that the master bath shower head was not very good. I wound up having to shower in the other bathroom in order to really feel like I could get my hair rinsed. Overall, it was a great stay for us!

Property was clean , the furnishings where a little dated but functional , the balcony was large and a great view . No tv in second bedroom was disappointing we had teens with us , the ice maker in the freezer was slow to make ice so bring some. , fast communication with owner which is nice , we would book this condo again. Worth the money !

From start to finish Ella was great to deal with and always available if we had a question!! Condo is in a great/central location and was very clean upon arrival. Furniture is comfortable and beds were as well!! Plenty of space and seating on the large balcony!! We will try to book this room again the next time we are in PCB!!

Good Condo for the Price
Condo was fairly clean and was a good size. We were there in the off-season and it was fairly quiet. We really enjoyed the pools and the VERY close walk to the beach! It was nice to have beach service but the company does favor customers who are paying direct over customers who have the service included in with their room. (They said they can place the customers with beach service included wherever they want to and direct pay customers can choose their seats.) Ella was very quick to respond and help in any way. The kitchen had everything we needed but I would suggest that there be plastic dishes be added for kids because I was afraid to give my 5 year old the glass dishes. It would be nice to have some Tupperware type containers with lids also. We have stayed in condos before that had some extra chairs and even a beach cart to take your things to the beach. This condo didn’t have any of that. With the number of people this condo sleeps (3 beds plus 2 sofa beds), it would be nice to have a few extras since the beach service is only includes one umbrella and 2 chairs. Of course, that would just be an added bonus but convenient so that you wouldn’t have to pack all of that in your car. My biggest complaint was that the beds were SUPER hard. We all ended up taking turns sleeping in one bed in the non-master bedroom because it was the most comfortable out of the three beds. Overall the condo and building were nice with good amenities and a close walk to the beach!

Relaxing Family Vacation
We had a great family vacation at Ocean Villa. We loved that the condo was right in the beach and that there is a balcony overlooking the beach. The beach was amazing; clean, white sand, and not overly packed with people. The water was perfectly clear & warm. When weren’t at the beach, the kids enjoyed swimming at the pool, and my husband and I loved that there was a hot tub and steam room by the pool as well. Ella was great at communicating with us. We would definitely come back again & highly recommend this place to others.
