This is our nostalgic, 1340 square -foot, 'Old Florida' villa, with mail box at street. The reason you don't see many bookings is because we often use it, but that can always change, so feel free to ask about dates that interest you. Across the front of the villa is a cozy sun-room that overlooks a peaceful setting - a grassy area in the front yard with a large oak tree for shade. The sun-room has 2 comfortable chairs for reading and relaxing with your morning coffee. There is also a desk where you can keep your laptop set up. A covered patio area, with a small table, chairs and gas grill, is in a private enclosed garden area and backyard area for sunning. Beach chairs and towels are there for your use. There is a laundry room in the back of the carport. The villa is quaint and charming. It is only 2 miles to Siesta Key beach access and 5 miles to the public beach. Also Turtle Beach is at the South end of Siesta Key. A state-of-the-art county library. A public golf course is 1/2 mile and 1 mile to Publix's and pharmacy, and 2 miles to several restaurants, book store, Stein Mart, Marshall's, etc. and Sarasota Mall nearby. This is a quiet, residential neighborhood, and an excellent location to everything. A very nice, comfortable place to spend the winter. Sorry, no pets or smoking. Security deposit is required. There are ceiling fans in every room. Furnished especially for you! With throws for cool evenings, colorful paintings of Florida to please you. Created for you to enjoy the 'old Florida' living. Most of the furnishings are new. The beaches are fantastic, many parks, with walking and nature trails, and a wonderful city park on the Bay with a cafe for lunch or a snack, music at times and a walking pathway along all the boats in the marina. We want to make this an enjoyable vacation for you.
