In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 5, the maximum allowed occupancy is 12, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 5.

Upon entering the foyer, you will immediately notice the stately details and high ceilings. The main floor living space offers comfortable seating, TV, and access to the pool deck. You will also find a second living area upstairs with TV and access to the balcony. You will find the kitchen just down the hall from the first-floor living room. The eat-in kitchen features stainless steel appliances, bar stool seating for two at the island, and gorgeous coffered ceilings. The formal dining area at the front of the home has seating for up to ten people.
The primary suite on the first floor offers a king-sized bed, access to the deck, TV, and private grand bathroom with shower, bathtub, and vanity. Also on the first floor is a queen bedroom with a twin-size sleeper sofa, flat screen TV, and a hall bathroom. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms with private bathrooms and TVs. One bedroom offers a king bed, another bedroom offers a queen bed, and the last bedroom offers two queen beds.
The outdoor space features a large screened porch, deck, outdoor kitchen area, grill, pool, and spa.
The home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.
The pool cannot be heated.
