Our private suite is in one of the most popular areas surrounding Austin - one mile from Jester King Brewery and close to many wineries, distilleries and 15+ wedding venues. Restaurants, boutiques and hill country hiking are all nearby.

Located just outside of Dripping Springs, our relaxing space features a covered patio and courtyard for your exclusive use. Shaded by Texas Live Oak trees and located in a rare dark sky community, you can escape from the world only 19 miles from Downtown Austin!


Our Hill Country Suite features a keypad entrance on the front door, allowing you to come and go as you please, and a backdoor that lets you out onto your private patio. The interior space includes the following amenities:

--The sleeping space features a king bed with a Stearns & Foster crafted mattress, a wardrobe, bedside tables and lamps.
--Your sitting area includes a couch with a pull-out memory flex queen bed, a comfortable recliner and 42" flat-screen TV.
--The kitchenette comes complete with sink, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, hot plate, toaster oven and small refrigerator. It is stocked with dishes and basic cooking tools such as a cutting board, knives, serving utensils, etc. If you find you are in need of something not included, we are happy to provide it, if possible. A small two-person bistro table is available for dining.
--Your bathroom boasts a lovely travertine and stone shower, plush towels and full length mirror.
--The private patio features a four person patio set and a propane grill for your cooking pleasure.

Birthday weekender

My wife and I had a great time this weekend. The room was cozy and well appointed. Everything you need on a weekend get away. I did have one concern, the floor of the shower was rocky and a bit uncomfortable to stand on, everything else was amazing!

Quiet in the country

Overall cute property and easy to find. Close to the venue I was doing an event at. Plenty of great places to eat. I was a bit shocked when I was forced to purchase insurance. Be nice to have some or all refunded if there was no incidents. Only other down side was I couldn't park at my front door and the weather wasn't ideal. But that's fine. Would stay again.

Super cute studio

My boyfriend and i stayed here for the weekend and loved it. It’s in the hill country around multiple wineries and breweries. Great communication with the owners.

Weekend getaway

Lack of curb appeal. Shower was not comfortable as the floor was made up of stones that were very uncomfortable on your feet. Furnishings need updating. From the listing it was not clear that the unit appeared to have been a garage at one time and shared a wall with the owner’s house. Chairs on private patio did not have seat cushions.

Very laid back place.

Our family of 3 came to town to visit friends in near by Dripping Springs. This was like staying in a mother in laws quarters with family. Very kind family living on the property who had boys my sons age & they hit it off great! Playing in the back yard together like they have known each other for ever. While my husband & I took some quiet time to relax on the porch & enjoy the boys’ laughter. The room was clean & adequately stocked with anything we needed on our 3 day trip. Thank you for a needed get away.

Cute place but was not very clean

First time staying at a vrbo and I will never stay at one again. The place was cute but dirty. I went to put my son to bed and pulled out the pull out sofa and there were dead bugs everywhere. I notified the owner who lives next door and she simply said you can leave to tomorrow if your not happy with the place which was really rude. She also accused us of moving her furniture and scratching her tile???!!! I did not scratch the tile but I did have to move sofa to clean all the bugs. There dishes were also dirty and had a layer of dust all over them. Coffee machine was dusty, again place was nice but needs to be cleaned. Also the place is not very lit up with lights outside and felt unsafe, I would have preferred for the outside of house to be lit up with lights at night because the area is very dark. When we arrived the room was hot and it took a few hours before it was cool, I think if guest were coming over the room a/c would be set at a descent temperature, come on we’re in Texas and it is hot. The patio is very nice, but the garden was dead and looked nothing like the picture. I have several pictures of the mess but it is not letting me include. Again this was my first and last time staying at a vrbo.
