This 5 bedroom, 5-1/2 bath home IS ACTUALLY ON SEA ISLAND and is beautifully decorated throughout. It is located in THE VERY BEST location, 5th street! The beach/ocean, Cloister Hotel, Beach Club, & Tennis/Fitness/Spa are all ONLY 2 blocks from our house.
The spacious family room features a wall of windows overlooking a grassy, manicured back yard with lighted terrace/patio and grounds. Perfect for outdoor day or evening dining and entertainment.
Plump sofas, decorative fireplace with 51" flat screen TV above, flanked by built-in bookshelves with lots of books.
Double screen/glass doors lead to the patio and back yard. Watch the children play in the yard or relax on the comfortable patio furniture or hammock hanging in the shade.
Walk one block to see the prettiest sunset over the marsh that you will ever see.
Close curtains and shutters for a good night's sleep.
High speed secured WIFI and streaming TV are provided.
GOOGLE Home and WIFI EXTENDERS are installed throughout our home to give you complete and efficient internet service.
You can hear the ocean from the back yard in the quiet of the evening.
Sit by the portable fire pit on the terrace in the back yard on any night.
Sleeping arrangements consist of 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 2 double beds, and1 single bed downstairs. 3 single beds and 1 full size baby crib upstairs. In addition, we provide a collapsible porta-crib and highchair if needed.
Our home is ideal for a large family retreat/reunion or wedding guests.
The cozy setting and friendly environment are perfect for relaxing or having an activity filled calendar.
KITCHEN with new appliances and the POWDER ROOM/HALF BATH has been renovated.
Owner has Sea Island Club Membership and access to Sea Island facilities.
The rental price does not include guest/lessee access passes to BEACH CLUB or HEALTH SPA, but they can be purchased.
Access passes may not be required in every renter’s case.
Passes grants you access to all Sea Island Amenities and gives you the ability to book activities, dining, spa, golf, etc with Sea Island, even before your arrival.
If passes are needed, these passes must be arranged and paid for prior to occupancy of the home. Owner will assist you with this process.You will be charged Owner’s cost. No markup. Guest must reimburse Owner prior to arrival as Owner will be charged for these passes. Owner is your sponsor in this case.

Access Pass fees are per person (parent) and include two (2) unmarried dependent children, per family, under the age of 26. A minimum of two (2) Adult cards ($350) per cottage is required, and the fee will be charged to the sponsoring Member's (Owner) account.
Rental guests over the age of six (6) will be issued a Guest/Lessee Access Card.
Guests can pick and choose who in the group gets cards, and on what days. The cards do not have to be consecutive.

Here is a current typical example of access cards' cost:
A family of 5 with two adults and 3 children under 26 will be charged the following daily:
$175 per adult per day, nothing for 2 of the 3 children (under 26) and
$60 for the 3rd child under 26.
The total amount for this family would be $410 per day.
You will LOVE the convenience of our home location on the Island.
