Great location in Nags Head close to the beach access. Walk or bike to shops, restaurants, grocery store and coffee shops. This cottage is offers 3 cozy bedrooms - one with a queen bed, one with a full bed, and a bunk bed with a twin bed. There are 2 bathrooms one with a shower and one with a shower/tub combo. The living room, dining room and kitchen are open concept, The updated kitchen is well equipped for those nights you want to chill and stay home and cook. There is a charcoal grill, outdoor shower, and a storage room which houses the beach equipment and washer and dryer.
Dowdy Park is 4 blocks away and offers a playground, basketball and pickleball court, and events such as free live music, free exercise classes and local goods markets.

We are local and love all that the OBX has to offer- the beach, local art and music as well as being a giving community.
Why they chose this property
The neighborhood is a fun location. You can walk to shops, grocery stores, coffee shops and restaurants. Dowdy Park which is 4 blocks away offers a play ground, basketball and pickle ball courts as well as love music and free exercise classes in the summer.
