Spacious, bright 5 bedroom 3 full bathroom home with distant ocean views in great family neighborhood, perfect for long walks or kids’ biking. Beautiful remodeled kitchen with granite counter-tops, porcelain backsplash, stainless steel appliances.

Comfortable open floor plan with cathedral ceiling great room/dining area/kitchen, second floor deck, 3 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom. Three levels of living, each with its own full bathroom. Two master suites, one on top floor, one on ground floor. Main floor has 2 adjacent bedrooms with two twins in each, one 3 season sunporch with twin daybed/twin trundle (portable heater can be supplied for Nov to April bookings, if needed; but note that the house sleeps up to 10 without the use of this room). Private fully fenced in backyard with patio/grill area. Two car garage, and 3-4 additional off street parking spaces in driveway; max 5 cars.
Luxurious queen master suite on top floor is very spacious, with his and hers closets, private sitting area/balcony, updated bath with 4' x 6' custom tiled shower for two. Wifi throughout. Digital key pad for easy access; each group gets their own secure 4 digit code--no keys to worry about!

Fabulous location just minutes walking to either 1st (Eastons) beach or 2nd (Sachuest) beach, and the famous Newport Cliff Walk. One mile to renown shopping in the center of Newport, one mile to Bellevue Ave with the Newport mansions. Easy walk to park, Atlantic Grill, Tickets sports bar, Flo’s Clam Shack, local surf shop, Empire Coffee and many other restaurants.

Stay at Allston property

This was an amazing property. Walkable to Second Beach and restaurants. The host was great...quick to reply. The house was clean. The yard was perfect for the dogs. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. We hope to book again for next year. It was a great week.

We stayed for a girls family reunion weekend in December. The property was a great fit for us regarding layout and location. We walked to the Cliff Walk, had lunch in a restaurant up the street from the house, and had a night out at a fun bar in Newport. We each had a comfortable bed to sleep in. The hosts checked in via text to make sure we were settled in and had everything we needed.

Great place for a family gathering

Very spacious and comfortable. The 4 bedrooms were private, large and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with lots of countertops. The house was in a great location - close to beaches and nature preserves. The backyard was spacious with a grilling area, table and chairs and a lawn area as well.

Good location

Stayed here for a wedding that was just down the street. We were a little nervous when asked to sign a secondary rental agreement and acknowledge (twice) our awareness of local ordinances, presumably because they get a lot of partying renters and the neighborhood is mostly owner occupied. But it all went ok. Well located. Short bike rides to Newport and good beaches. Kitchen is well equipped. Some tired features, but clean.

Bachelorette stay

We rented this for my sister’s Bachelorette party. The house is exactly what you see in website. Sarah the host was so accommodating and right there for any questions I may have had. It was immaculate and not out dated at all. Great neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again in the future. I would just suggest that you bring extra toilet paper and paper towels.

Comfort and relaxation just outside of Newport, RI

This home was just that, a real home. The kitchen was stocked with every essential pot, pan, pie plate, muffin tin--well, you get the idea. There was plenty of flatware and dining plates of every size. There was also a good selection of spices and cooking oils. Each bedroom housed very comfortable mattresses and cozy bedding. The location of this house was one of its best features--while not directly in downtown Newport, it was less than a 10-minute drive from there in a little town (Middletown) that boasted several of its own restaurants and excellent beaches. We are very glad that we decided to stay here with our 7 person family group!

We had a small family reunion (adults only) and found the house perfect for our needs. There was plenty of comfortable space to be together, as well as privacy when we wanted it. Spotlessly clean. Convenient to town.

Wonderful!

We stayed at Sara and Lance's house for 3 nights for a family wedding. The house was perfectly appointed, very clean, and spacious. We had our 3 young kids in tow and there was ample room for them to play. The location is also fabulous - walkable to a lot of neighboring restaurants, Cliff Walk, etc. Sara met us at the property upon check-in and was very thorough in making sure we knew how everything operated, where everything was, etc. They provided a Pack n Play, high chair and baby gates, too, which made our lives easier. We wouldn't hesitate to book again! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful home with plenty of room for my family and grown children's families too. You can walk to the beach but because we had to cart so much stuff, we usually drove. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance and just a short drive into Newport. The dates of our stay were 8/7 to 8/14.

Great spot!

Stayed here for two weeks this summer and it was wonderful. Fenced in yard was awesome for dog, lots of space to spread out with big family, walk to First Beach, the owners were very helpful and responsive.

Great spot for a St George's Visit

The house was very clean and very comfortable. Only blocks from the St George's campus and close to Newport. Great spot for family gatherings or a visit to the beautiful Middletown/Newport area. We will definitely return to Allston Place! The owners were so very helpful with the VRBO process and responsive to our questions. Highly recommend!

Great family friendly stay in stellar location

My family was visiting so we needed a big house we could all be in for a few days in a location with attractions. Sara and Lance’s home worked perfectly, all age ranges enjoyed the beach, Newport’s attractions, and a peaceful neighborhood. Absolutely recommend to anyone.

Relaxing near beach getaway!

A group of friends and one toddler traveled to this property for the week. Very spacious. Kitchen was terrific for cooking big meals together. Backyard is fenced which was a delight for the two dogs we had with us. Morning walks to the beach which was within about five minutes. Easy access to all that Newport has to offer. Very nice spot!

Great house in perfect location

This was a great house! The owners were kind and welcoming and allowed us to bring our dog. The location was perfect. Walkable to beaches and the cliff walk in a very cute neighborhood. Would highly recommend.

This was the perfect retreat for our family to enjoy our nephew's long awaited wedding week.

What a wonderful home! Clean, comfortable, well equipped. We were two related families with young adults. Perfect size for our group. Everyone had their own bed and plenty of space for alone time. The open format of the main living area was an excellent space for socializing with other family and friends. Location was ideal for our week long wedding celebration as the festivities took place in the Newport wharf area. We very much enjoyed the neighborhood and took daily walks to explore the beaches and other sites. My son is a foodie and liked the fact he was able to walk to several restaurants. Sara was very attentive and a great communicator We loved that everything in the house was labeled so there was no guesswork. We hope to have the opportunity to return some time soon.
