Two story Beach house just refurbished (2019) with 3 bedroom 3 Baths , with a balcony and Palapa overlooking the beach, gated community, with direct private beach access , property is directly accessible from the main coastal road, property number 50 before the town of La Entrada, near the town of Olon (6 minutes away) and Montañita (10 minutes away), private parking, direct TV, Free WIFI, fully equipped kitchen, room air conditioning units. Balcony overlooking the Beach. Caretakers live on the premises to help you on any requirements, pets allowed.
