We have lived in the Gila Valley for 12 years. Before that, we lived in Duncan for 19 years. We love this area and we chose this property because of the view. Their didn't used to be a subdivision. At night, the sky is amazing. A little less so now, but still great. My husband is recently retired. I have been a stay at home mom, realtor, investor, and health and wellness expert. (I coach health, mindset, stress and trauma).

We have 7 grown children and several grandchildren including two sets of twins in the same family. We love to travel and spend time with family and friends and we have a deep love of God and America. This is our first rental of this type. We have had long term rentals, so if anything is less than expected, please let us know and we will be glad to correct it. We look forward to hosting you!

Why they chose this property

This is a rural area. We love not living in the city. There are two other homes on the property. So, you will see some of our personal items around. The home we live in is right next door. You will have your own driveway entrance on the West side. Everyone else uses the East driveway for the other two homes. It's neighborly. We have cotton fields below us most of the year. You can walk or ride a bike and never go on the main highway. We have great hiking and outdoor areas here. There are public pools that open in May- the end of Summer, and a splash pad in Thatcher. If you like to walk or run on the road we are on, you'll hear and see beautiful birds. We often see cardinals and quail of course.

What makes this property unique

This property was used for a year as a hyperbaric oxygen clinic. We were Live Well O2. The sauna, red lights, and braintap are left over from that business. So, I just thought it made perfect sense to have a retreat type vacation rental. We were more interested in having people come and stay awhile, than come and go day after day. We hope you will enjoy the amenities and find your stay comfortable and healing.
