Quiet Street.- 1950's Charming 2 Bdrm House Close to Downtown, Civic, Bethel
You’ll love our place because it's on a quiet tree lined street in the desirable Garden Tract. Walking distance to downtown, Civic Center, Turtle Bay, Sundial Bridge, and the River Trails. 8 minute drive to Bethel Church. This is an older home that has been renovated. It still needs some updates but it is a great little house if you aren't too picky about everything being modern or brand new.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families for 30 night minimum stay.
The main bedroom has a queen size bed and closet. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and 2 twin size bunk beds. The bathroom has a shower/tub combo.
There is a 2nd studio apartment unit on the back of the property that is also available for rent should you need it for larger groups.

Some of my best friends and my girl met here so our dogs can meet and plaay together. This house was almost perfect for it other than theres no fence from the back porch to the driveway but other then that we all loved it. was an easy at home type of vibe while we cooked breakfast lunch and dinner here. Close to the lakes and anything really thats in redding we would stay here again for sure
The house was comfy, clean & felt like home away from home.
Loved the house. It was great for my dogs to be able to come with me & we truly felt at home. Though it would have been nice to know ahead of time that the ADU was rented out to another person, it all worked out well and I thoroughly enjoyed the property. Thank you!
We had to travel to Redding for a dental appointment and did not want to stay at a motel. This house was the perfect option! It's clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, yet conveniently located. The beds were comfortable, the ac worked well, and the house is set up with everything one would need. We enjoyed our short stay and would definitely recommend this rental to anyone visiting the Redding area. Thank you!!
This comfortable home is located in a quiet neighborhood that has easy access to downtown Redding and the nearby river trails. Our host, Jesse, was extremely responsive to inquiries. We were in town on urgent family business during the coronavirus epidemic and felt safe and secure in this cozy home. I cannot recommend it more highly; it was perfect for 3 to 4 adults and very restful after hectic days. We most certainly will be back.
Convenient location near area attractions and freeways. Our dog enjoyed the easy access to the backyard and leisurely strolls through the neighborhood.
This is a perfect house! We had a great time and the property owners were super friendly and helpful! We would suggest this to anyone wanting to checkout the sundial bridge or the water park! There is even a awesome mini golf course a few miles away :)
Very nice accommodations, clean, modern, quiet neighborhood and close to downtown activities. What’s more, great property managers who were very accommodating to us in the midst of several logistical hangups on our end. They went above and beyond on our behalf. Thank you!
Jesse was Nice & responsive to deal with. Nice house & location. No issue with our staying. Would stay again.

Short and comfy stay
We enjoyed the comfort of the space here instead of staying at a hotel. The space is clean and had more beds than we needed. The street is very quiet and homey. No television however. But that would probably not be a deal for most people.

Hello, we are relatively new to Northern California seeking a new adventure in life and days in the sun. Originally from NW Washington where we enjoyed hiking, fishing, crabbing, skiing and traveling with our kids. We are now excited to enjoy all that the Redding area and Northern California offers. One of our favorite activities is swimming at Whiskeytown Lake which is only 10 minutes from our home. We feel blessed to be living in such a beautiful place. Our 'go to' travel spot is San Diego
