Welcome to your home away from home! Private three bedroom, two bathroom vacation home in located in a quiet part of a gated community that is perfect for families or friends looking to take advantage of all that central Florida has to offer. Venetian Bay Villages is just off HWY 192, in Kissimmee, Florida and is in a perfect location to get to all that Orlando has to offer including all the Disney World parks, Universal Studios, and Sea World, not to mention hundreds of nearby shops, restaurants, and other local attractions. This condo is also only about a 75 minute drive to the Tampa Bay area as well as the Space Coast and the Kennedy Space Center.
This vacation home includes new furnishings, wireless internet, cable, a DVD player and a selection of family friendly movies, and flat screen TVs in master bedroom and the living room. The family room opens to the dining room and the kitchen so that you can socialize while enjoying a great meal prepared in your own fully equipped kitchen. Spacious sleeping accommodations await you with three bright, roomy bedrooms. The main floor master bedroom opens onto an attached ensuite bath with a big shower and a deep, jetted tub. The washing machine and dryer are located on the main floor, adjacent to the kitchen. Upstairs, there are four twin beds, two in each bedroom – a perfect separation from the main floor downstairs.
Community amenities include several pools, basketball and tennis courts, a sand volleyball court, and several childrens’ playgrounds and grills/barbeque areas. The clubhouse has a well-equipped fitness room, game room, computer room and theater room which has movies regularly shown on the big screen. Feel safe during your stay at Venetian Bay as it is a gated, guarded community with great and friendly staff. There is also a local on-site management company that is just a phone call away.

Week in Orlando

Not very happy with this rental. Bed, pillows and linens were terrible. The king bed was very hard to lay on as the mattress is in bad shape. Upstairs bedrooms did not have curtains and the sun shown in early in the morning. Blinds were broken in the one room. Furniture had many stains on it, carpet with lots of stains. Pots/pans were awful….unable to adjust A/C to make house cooler. It was locked on 75degrees. Lastly, we were awakened everyday by the neighbors at 0600-088 with very loud screaming children and adult noise! Unfortunately, this unit is not conducive for a relaxing vacation atmosphere…

Good location

Great location. Good size and clean. Duvee /Blankets were old and did not look clean especially since the washer and dryer was too small to wash them in. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Close to everything!

This property was close to all the destination properties, like SeaWorld, Disney etc. The pool and spa were great. Having a home to come home to is so much better then a hotel!

Perfect Family vacation Home

Family of six, two adults and four kids. Very safe neighborhood, security at the gate very polite and professional. First thing you drive through the gate, make sure to get ur parking permit. And don't forget to renew it ever 2weeks (if you are staying longer) we went in winter and the community swimming pool and spa was always clean. The gym also neat. The property was located in a quite suburb, spacious enough for six of us. Equipped with pretty much everything u need. Enough towels, bedding and kitchen staff. Although bigger pots might come handy for a family of six like ours. Shops and restaurants all in five minutes drive radius. Overall was very good time we had.

Venitian Bay Unit 31-104

We enjoyed our month long stay at this property, overall the unit was everything we thought it would be and a very nice place. We're not typical tourists, our trip was mainly to spend time with local family. In that regard the location was very convenient and suited our needs very nicely, and staff was very helpful and cordial at all times. Amenities there were good as well, the gym was adequate and the pools were nice. On the downside, the downstairs carpet was a bit worn, living room blinds didn't open and close very well. Very minor things really. We would certainly stay at this unit again, and we will also recommend staying at Venitian Bay to family and friends. Thank you for providing a nice and comfortable place for us during our visit.

Clean, comfortable and enjoyed!

When we arrived , Suite was clean and made well-organized to receive us. Our stay in the Suite has been very comfotable and enjoyed. Kitchens was also clean and well equipped for cooking. We will stay here again when we come back to Kissimmee and Orlando.

Awesome Stay

Everything with the property was great. The home was very clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The area was nice and quiet, close to shopping, restaurants and fun. I would definitely recommend staying at Venetian Bay Villages when you are in the area. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
