Venetian Bay is ideally located as a "home base" for other Florida activities including the Space Coast or the Gulf Coast. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this fully air-conditioned, family friendly vacation home is perfect for families or for a few friends golfing or vacationing. This Vacation Home has a spacious family room to relax in during the day or evening with Roku TV. The family room is open to the Dining room and the kitchen so that you can socialize while enjoying a great meal prepared in your own fully equipped kitchen.

Spacious sleeping accommodation awaits you with 4 bright and roomy bedrooms. The main floor master bedroom has a king sized bed. It opens onto an attached ensuite bath with a big shower. Upstairs, one bedroom has a queen bed and an attached ensuite bath. The other two bedrooms have two twin beds each and they share a hall bath with tub and shower. All bedrooms have a Roku TV. There is even a queen sleeper sofa, for when your group needs a few extra spots to lay their heads!

Make use of one of the four community pools including the huge, heated pool at the clubhouse. Make a day of it at the clubhouse pool and enjoy a bar-b-que at one of the provided grills. Let the kids frolic in one of the three awesome playgrounds. There are also tennis courts, a basketball court and a sand volleyball area for your enjoyment. The clubhouse has a well equipped fitness room, games room, computer room and movie theatre! Take a walk on the paved pathways to enjoy the grounds, beautifully lush with trees and gardens as well as several ponds, and a great covered gazebo overlooking the fountain. Feel safe during your stay at Venetian Bay as it is a fully guard gated community with great staff. As well, there is a local management company just a phone call away in the event of an emergency.

Family vacation

Our stay was just okay, the kitchen area could definitely use an upgrade in terms of Pots & Pans, Dishes, Knives etc and the place itself could have been cleaner. We have rented quite a few homes over the years and I have to say that the Security Guards in this complex are down right annoying when it comes to pestering people at the pool areas when it comes to food and drinks (example coming up to you and looking in your bottles to make sure that there was no alcohol in them, looking in your bags etc) The biggest annoyance during our stay was the neighbour two doors down from us that had nothing better to do with her time (talk about a Karen) but watch every move that we made and constantly running to security about my adult children/grandchildren the entire two weeks that we were there. I will never rent in this complex again, the security and rules are beyond overboard.

Nice place to stay perfect location.

What I like most about the property is that the play ground and pool was rite outside our door. The kids loved it! The area is very kid friendly. It's a great place for families.

Disney family vacation

Location was ok if planning on a trip to Disney/universal studios. Was a little bit of a commute…with tolls as well. Property itself is very clean and well maintained. Unit was showing some wear and tear. Coffee pot was dirty…bought a new one (cheep) and left it behind for the house. AC unit is weak but tolerable. Master bedroom has a very nice shower. The pots and pans were dirty and at some point warped….so crooked that they were Hard to keep on the burner. In all the house was ok…it does need some work.

The house was not equipped for more than 4 people. No usable pans (ruined), aircondition not working on top floor. Idea: let people leave their spieces and other usable kithenutensils.

Family Memories

It was nice to have room for everyone. Great being close to pool and playground for kids. Would be nice to have a coffee maker which takes coffee pods. Trash was full by Friday

Spacious and clean

The condo was well kept and spacious. A larger air conditioning unit and water heater would be beneficial for larger families. Our kids had to sleep downstairs because of how hot it was in the upstairs but we couldn’t turn the unit down below 75 due to it freezing up. Hot water ran out quickly as well. I will say if you are looking for a family friendly location this is not it. The security was very strict when it came to us using the auxiliary pools. No “kid” type fun allowed. The auxiliary pools also closed at 8:00 every night. Beautiful place but just not for us.

Disney Visit

We enjoyed our stay at this property.It was easy to find. Lots of room for a party of 5. We were also in a great location to enjoy the pool. No problem with parking. Our only other comments would be that when you run the dishwasher you are unable to watch TV-very loud. Limited supply of teaspoon & tablespoon. We made due. But over all Our family would recommend this property. Thanks

Nice place to stay….

I do think there are a couple things to know ahead of time. The host has provided accurate info and it’s great in terms of cleanliness, spaciousness and location. What surprised me was that it wasn’t as family friendly as I originally anticipated. Security is very strict. The pool has 4 or 5 different signs that you really need to read in full before taking your kids over to the pool. Be prepared that children are not allowed to jump into the pool, nor can they toss a ball in the water. People are not allowed to have any food or drink, including plastic bottles of water in the pool area. There is no music permitted at the pool, even coming from a phone scrolling on TokTok. Security watches all of the pools on camera or in person and are quick to threaten eviction from the pool. We made use of a towel rack that was in the closet, thinking it would be an easy way to dry swimwear. Within a day of having it up, they received a letter along with a photograph of our drying rack on the back porch, telling us that we would be fined if we didn’t have it removed. The host was kind enough messaging me regarding the matter, but unfortunately, association itself has a very aggressive approach in how they handle security, parking, etc. When I first arrived at the property, I was under the impression that this was going to be a nice, family friendly, vacation rental. In reality, I think it is more geared toward snow birds. The hostess, great, but overall not the best fit for our family.

Improvements possible

Overall, had an excellent time. Would definitely stay again.owner should spend a little money on upgrades. Window dressings, floors in kitchen and bathrooms, food storage for guests, outdoor seating, deep cleaning now and then, update furniture. All these suggestions are meant to optimize guest experience.

Good location needs some updating

Overall good had a minor issue and it was resolved in less than 30 minutes. Could use some updating especially in the kitchen. Would stay here again!
