About this property
360 degree view pool house on golf course. 30DAY MINIMUM
Available from May 15 to Oct. 30. Two story house on Escena Golf Course with full view of mountains from all rooms. Twofloors allows for separate living areas for guests or family. Master en suite bedroom on main floor andsecond bedroom and bath on second. Second floor has its own family room with TV and two couches that are twin beds as well, balcony and office area. Main floor has master, living room with fireplace and TV, dining room, large equipped kitchen with eating area, 1/2 bath, and full laundry room. This is our personal home, not furnished and supplied as a rental. Pool has hot tub attached, patio with outdoor eating space and gas plumbed barbeque. Double garage. Owner supplies Gardner ,pool cleaning, and garbage service. There are 18 solar panels on roof. Neighborhood is gated and great for walking. Golf course club house dining just steps away.
