Private Guest Suite near NASA, UMD, and DC

Come enjoy our guest suite located in a lush residential neighborhood in historic Greenbelt. It's an ideal stay for visitors to nearby government agencies (such as NASA and USDA), the University of Maryland, and the Washington Metropolitan Area. Minutes away from I-95 and Greenbelt Metro Station (WMATA Green and Yellow Lines, MARC Camden Line). PG County Bus and Shuttle-UM stops within walking distance. Our neighborhood also has a lake park with a loop trail, game courts, and athletic fields.

The space is in the basement of a single-family home. There is a private entrance and no shared indoor space. The space includes a queen bed, full-size futon, dedicated workspace, kitchenette, dining area, full bathroom, compact walk-in closet, and laundry area. There is also a shared patio area. The bathroom has a bidet and shower bath. The kitchenette is fully stocked with various appliances, stainless steel cookware, complimentary coffee/tea, filtered water, and a dining table. The laundry area includes detergent, wool dryer balls, and an ironing set. There is free street parking in front of the home. Temperature is set at 70°F. All vents can be opened and closed. A tower fan/heater is also provided.

The hosts are a married couple who live upstairs. We are mindful of our guests and are readily available should you need anything.
