This three bedroom, two bathroom, first floor (beach access) Condo is fully furnished and ready for your immediate relaxation and enjoyment. Beautiful home upgrades make this a modern yet relaxing home for your coastal escape! Our condo faces Santa Cruz- Perfect for viewing beautiful Sunsets.

The unit offers a master bedroom with a comfortable king bed, a second bedroom with a wonderful queen bed, and a third bedroom with two double beds. The 1,350 sq. ft. unit can sleep 6-8 people.

We had such a great time! The condo is very comfortable and welcoming. Its has a combined feeling of new and old. Close to the office and store, but still very close to the beach. Absolutely loved this place!

Very nice property but would be nice if it was opened up and aired out before guests arrived for check in to get the musty smell out. The cleaners didn’t seem to clean too well as there was broken pieces of glass in corners where it was swept into and there were crumbs all over the pantry. No ocean view unless you stand up on the patio bench then you can get a glimpse. Great access and a short walk to the beach though. Overall a great stay and location. We will definitely be back!

Cute condo, and tons of space!
My children and I stayed in this incredibly cute condo over spring break! Really can’t say enough wonderful things about this property! It was the perfect place to stay. The condo was very spacious, more than enough room for everybody, and super clean, with almost anything you could possibly need to cook with in the kitchen, plenty of dishes and silverware, etc… Extra linens, pillows, blankets, and so many towels: bath & beach! With five people staying here, there was never a shortage! Top it off with a bbq on the patio, sand toys, boogie boards, easy path to the beach, there was nothing that we needed that was not stocked at the house. Highly recommend staying here!

The positive is the unit was clean Negatives- water temp in bathrooms very difficult to get hot water No bath mats Dishwasher door makes horrible noise and flys open u expectedly, needs to be replaced Basic kitchen items- plastic wrap missing, only 1 pot holder, no measuring spoons or cups, no need for over 50 knives Need a house binder with useful info, is how to turn on the heat, not just places to go I have stayed in many units at Pajaro over the years and would not stay in this unit again unless updates are made

Relaxing weekend!
We spent two nights here, celebrating a family birthday. The place was clean and in good shape. Hot water took a very long time to get to the showers, just an fyi. We brought Duraflame logs and thoroughly enjoyed the cozy evenings. We were lucky to have gorgeous fall weather!

We love Pajaro Dunes!
This was our second stay at Pajaro Dunes and we absolutely love it here! This particular unit could use some upgrades to furniture and decor, and certain parts could have been cleaned better, but overall a pretty decent vacation home. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware and dish ware, and the kids’ room with the bunk bed was awesome! There were even a couple boogie boards in the closet. Location was perfect. Would recommend.

Unit needs updating. Doors aren’t hung right so they open or close by themselves. Shower valves are almost impossible to use. It’s either hot or cold. You have to try and find the magic location to not get burnt or froze. The hot water takes forever to get hot. The unit smelt musty as did the bedding yet someone had moved out just hours before we checked in. My wife had to clean and wash everything. The TV in the master was barley bigger than my iPad. Bathrooms and 2 bedrooms were very small. Closet was filled with cleaning supplies and beach toys. Not much room to hang clothes. Dishwasher door looked like it was about to fall off. The property location is great and the people were nice. I was thankful it wasn’t a party place. I will stay on property again but not in this unit.

Weekend get away
We were able to check in early and the process took less than 5 minutes! Everyone was very nice and helpful/welcoming! We visited with 2 other couples and loved the location! We loved that the beach was a short walk from our condo and enjoyed walking the beach and watching the sunset! We had a great time!

Clean and convenient, with amazing beach access
We had a fantastic time staying in this property. We were a group of six adults and two young kids and everyone had a great time with the beach so close. The kitchen was small but we'll stocked, and the rooms were all comfortable. There were lots of board games and books as well. The home office was convenient and when we asked for extra towels they dropped off a large bag. Make sure to arrive before the office closes for checking on.
