Perfect location

The host Francis was just delightful, the pictures were so true to the apartment. Could not ask for a better location or a more beautiful place. Easy to get around and public transport to nearby villages to visit as well as great tours. Would stay in the same place if I returned there. I hope I do!

Fantastic apartment!

We had a fantastic time at this apartment in Avignon. The apartment was perfect for us - clean, comfortable and with a brilliant courtyard - and the location was amazing - only minutes from the palace of the popes! Francis was an excellent host and made sure we had plenty to do while in Provence. I would recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to stay in beautiful Avignon.

Pope’s neighbour

The unit is centrally located, practically next to the Pope's palace so many sights are in walking distance. We especially enjoyed the enclosed courtyard. Francis was very cordial and helpful.

Best location

You'll not be able to find a better location! Next door from the Palais des Papes, close to restaurants and shops. A small inside patio is great. Francis is very nice. Overall, a great souvenir.

Agréable séjour aux pieds du palais des papes

Nous avons passé une agreable quinzaine dans cet appartement bien rénové et équipé en plein coeur du centre historique. La cour privative était un délice par cette meteo ensoleillée et chaude.

excellent appartement

L'appartement est en RDC, avec accès à un patio réservé à l'appartement. Pas de fenêtre sur rue: donc pas de bruit. Très calme et frais: pas besoin de clim car les murs sont très épais. La kitchenette est bien aménagée et rien ne manque. La TV nous a semblé bien petite mais on s'y fait: après tout quand on vient au festival d'Avignon ce n'est pas pour rester planté devant la TV. Le propriétaire est très accueillant et "aux petits soins" pour ses locataires. Merci Francis ! Nous reviendrons en 2022.

Charming renovated apt. In easy accessible location

Owner was wonderfully helpful and professional. All went well during stay. I would suggest written info for guests regarding appliances & television. This charming spot is literally 10-25 minutes or less walk to city centre cafes, shops, markets, tours and sites. Loved the old world France feel.

Great location in Avignon!

The apartment is clean and well equipped. The location is fantastic- close to city center, shops, restaurants and market. We had a wonderful stay! Francis is awesome- very helpful and well organized.

Home Sweet Home

We loved the apartment. Everything was perfect, We cooked every night, and loved sitting out on the patio. We walked everywhere, close to restaurants and shopping. Frances met us when we arrived and was very helpful. He ordered a cab for us when we left. Would stay there again.

A wonderful apartment in a superb position!

Avignon is a really interesting town made even better by staying in such a lovely apartment. Close to great restaurants and markets, we felt very lucky to have found it. Our host, Francis, was excellent and gave us lots of valuable information. We followed his suggestions to explore the towns and villages around and think we got to know the area well. Heel goed gelegen pal naast pauselijk paleis in het verkeersvrije oude gedeelte van Avignon.

Comfortable apartment

We had a lovely stay in July. The apartment is in a great location, right next to the Pope's Palace, near shops and restaurants. And within walking distance to the train and bus stations. And it was really nice to have the pretty courtyard garden. Francis was an excellent host, giving us all the information we needed to know. A very comfortable apartment to come home to after a busy days sight-seeing.

A perfect location with an excellent host

Francis L. is a thoughtful and attentive host who was always available for the few questions we had. The apartment is quite spacious and fully equipped. The private patio is a delight although a few rainy episodes (most unusual) prevented us from full enjoyment. Francis has recommendations for an abundance of great restaurants within a ten minute walk- some within a three minute walk. The location is right in the heart of the old city and can't be beat.

Darling

We very much enjoyed staying in this apartment. It was comfortable and well-maintained with a delightful courtyard. It is relatively quiet - would early hear voices from neighboring apartments in the evening and occasionally someone on the stairs at the back of the apartment who then struggled to open the building's front door. The Manager Francis is very sweet, but I did suggest he write down directions in English for all the appliances rather than recount them when we are so jet lagged and can't remember a thing he said. Also, I would not want to stay in this apartment in the summer because it has no air conditioning and no screens on the windows to keep the mosquitoes out. We had a little trouble with mosquitoes even in October. The apartment is in walking distance of everything. If you drive, there is a free parking lot at the edge of the old town, which has a shuttle bus that stops near the apartment.

Great location,Great Apt!!!!!

Fell in love with Avignon. Francis is great (owner of apt ) very warm and friendly and helpful. Apt.had everything you would need and more. Hope to return again and again.
