Beautiful stay

It was a very lovely home. The little house was just an extra beautiful touch. When we return to Sarasota we would definitely stay here.

Nice convenient location! Plenty of room for family and proximity to many restaurants, grocery stores and activities. Appreciated the communication and flexibility in booking, hosts were able to accommodate us very last minute!

Last minute getaway

We booked this property as a last minute getaway and Lisa could not have been more accommodating to our family. The communication, ease of check in, and our overall stay was fantastic! We used both the main house and the guest cottage and there was enough space for all 6 of us. The outdoor patio and fire pit area at the cottage were a nice surprise too. The location is close to many stores and restaurants and just a short drive to the beach!

The home is very nice, but I would warn against any seniors or anyone with mobility issues from staying here. It is 5 steps up to the front door with only 1 railing to hold onto. The 2nd floor bedroom is accessible only by a steep 18' foot staircase. But at least it has hand rails on both sides. I'm 66 and my wife is a little older. Neither of us ventured up there. Still, a nice house in a quiet and historical neighborhood.
