My name is Nicole. I'm a designer by trade. This is my first rental property and I'm looking forward to welcoming my first guest and building my rental property portfolio.
Why they chose this property
I wanted to be centrally located. My job takes me all over and I never know which direction I'll be in each day. Traffic can be pretty bad in Atlanta and I didn't want to sit in hours of traffic every day. This is an up-and-coming neighborhood and safe.
What makes this property unique
It's decorated very nicely and all of the beds are very comfortable.
