Enjoy the convenience of a full kitchen, large dining table and upstairs living room with ocean views to create the perfect base for groups. Enjoy the ultimate relaxation in our outdoor space with a brand new hot tub and fire pit. Perfect for families or groups of friends looking to enjoy all the Central Coast has to offer. The 3 full bathrooms offer showers, 1 bathtub and amenities such as soap, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryers and towels. A dining/living room space on the 1st floor can be converted to a sleeping space with a queen memory foam sofa bed and an additional Murphy bed in the upstairs living room provides another space for guests to sleep.

Hot tub rules are listed in our house manual. Failure to comply resulting in a necessary deep cleaning will be charged at $250.

Excellent communication with owner.The house was very clean,with very comfortable beds,and a big TV. We were able to park in the garage.The house is few miles from oceano beach. We enjoyesome wonderfumeals meals at Pismo and Avila. I would highly tecommend
