The space
Sunny cottage with enclosed front porch and fully fenced backyard. The master bedroom, second bedroom, and small 3rd bedroom / office are upstairs. The bathroom is located on the first floor. This place is recommended for a family of four, but can accommodate 2-4 additional guests using the trundle bed, front porch pop-up daybed and pullout couch in the living room. We have a laundry room with washer, dryer, iron, and laundry detergent. Overall size is ~750 sqft.
