Reservation payment policy:
The reservation balance must be paid in full 60 days before arrival. Failure to make the payment on time may result in the cancellation of the reservation.

Cancelation policy :
Vacation Rental Insurance covers prepaid, nonrefundable expenses due to unforeseeable circumstances that may jeopardize your vacation investment and force you to incur unplanned expenses. Guest damage insurance and 2% booking fee is included in the fees paid and is mandatory with each reservation.

*We do not refund for early departures, internet outages, or acts of God, such as the loss of utilities due to a storm that takes out the power of a rental unit.*

Water’s Edge Vacation Rental staff can only authorize early check-ins, depending on the property's availability and conditions. Suppose guests enter the premises before the designated inspection time and disrupt the ongoing cleaning/inspection process. In that case, a minimum fee of $75.00 will be charged to the credit card on file for early check-in. • For departure and checkout times, please note that during June, July, and August, the checkout time is 9:00 AM. In all other months, the checkout time is 10:00 AM. Guests must vacate the property entirely by the specified checkout time to allow the cleaning/inspection process to proceed smoothly. If guests have not entirely vacated the property by the checkout time and this disrupts the cleaning/inspection process, a fee of $25. 00 per quarter hour will be charged to the credit card on file for late check-out. We appreciate your adherence to these policies as they enable us to provide each guest with a well-maintained and enjoyable vacation rental experience.

By accepting this reservation, the guest acknowledges and assumes full responsibility for any damage that may occur during their stay in addition to the abovementioned fees. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a pleasant and safe environment for all guests.
