Use of pool, BBQ areas, gym, and lounge from 9 am to 9 pm (subject to availability and building policies)

24-hour on-site security. Guests must check in with security upon arrival. Failure to do so may result in a $1,000 fine imposed by the building association.


Note: Amenity access may be limited based on local health regulations. Please check with building staff for current policies.

Additional Notes

Strictly non-smoking inside the property or near the premises. $500 fine for violations.

Valid ID may be required for all guests after reservation confirmation.

Power/water interruptions may occasionally occur due to building maintenance—these are outside our control.

Noise notice: Urban location; occasional building or neighborhood noise is possible. We’ll do our best to respond to any major disruptions.

Parcel delivery: The front desk is not responsible for deliveries. Guests should use a parcel station or coordinate directly with carriers. Lost/stolen packages are not the responsibility of the property managers.

Cancellation and Policy Information

Strict no-refund policy once booking is confirmed.

Date changes are not accommodated after confirmation.

Guests are strongly encouraged to review travel plans and purchase travel insurance for added protection.

Check-Out Reminders

Guests are responsible for any damage caused by service or support animals.

Property managers are not liable for accidents, injuries, illnesses, or loss of personal belongings.

Lost and Found: We will attempt to recover and return any left items. Guests cover shipping costs. Items not claimed within 30 days will be donated or discarded.
