I am just a short walk from both the heart of picturesque & Patchogue Village & also from St. Joseph's University,

I am also just moments from being next to & am parallel to Roe Blvd. Patchogue or Sunrise Hwy; I'm 10 minutes from the Long Island Expressway & about 15 minutes from the Southern State Parkway.
