Originally a 2-story commercial property, the 2nd floor has since been renovated and turned into the apartment you see before you.
Perfect for a weekend getaway, vacation, or stress-free business!!
Care-Free Open Space with a Kitchen for all your cooking needs, a spacious Living Room, & Large bedroom with King size bed.
Truly a relaxing place with its own charm!
1.5 blocks to the Beach/Boardwalk. 1 block from the main close to all restaurants and shops. No need to move your car.
Essentials included: wifi, cable, towels, linens, soap/shampoo, and anything else you feel you may need during your stay. We are here to help in any way we can.
Check-in is anytime after 3pm and Check-out is at 11am.
OFF-STREET PARKING UNAVAILABLE. Parking is on the street (free during Winter/Spring meters or permit parking in the Summer).
Space can fit up to 2 people comfortably.

For Summer Guests, because the driveway is not usable, due to the property in the back now becoming Commercial, we will be happy to provide 1 City Parking Permit for the duration of your stay. The beauty of being here, again, is once your parked, you truly don't need to move your car. **If parking pass is lost/not returned a fee will be incurred in order to purchase another permit.

As a Host: I am a born and raised local to the area. I can answer many questions and provide many suggestions for our guests who are 1st timers to the area. I am helping manage the property that my father owns. He recently retired and I wanted to help provide the opportunity to help him get some extra funds each month. I am happy to accommodate guests by any means and facilitate a smooth check-in and check-out process. While there may be times in which I am not be able to meet upon check-in or check-out, my Co-Hosts will be happy to oblige. I am available most hours of the day if anything is needed or emergencies.

As a Guest: I am a very clean individual and am always one to help around if needed or asked. Love traveling and visiting new places and meeting new people. May be travelling alone, with my girlfriend, and possibly with our 2 small dogs, Belle & Ariel.

Why they chose this property
My family purchased this property and converted the upstairs into an apartment for me when I was moving back home from college in 2014. I only stayed for a summer, went back to school, and during that time the apartment has been rented and shared!
Now I help manage the property for him, so that he has one less thing to worry about as he is trying to be "retired" and relax.
