Waterfront Home Pool in Pompano Beach

House with private pool and deck. It is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood cul-de-sac.

The nearest beach is north lauderdale beach which is 10 min drive
House is about 3,100 sqt ( 290 m2) on a 7500 sqt lot (700 m2) and features :

* 4 Bedrooms

- 1 bedroom with 1 queen size bed
- 1 bedroom with 1 queen size bed
- 1 bedroom with 2 queen size bed
- 1 bedroom with 1 queen size bed + 1 sofa bed

* Bathrooms

- 2 full bathrooms with shower
- 1 separate toilet

* Kitchen

House is fully equipped with Fridge, Microwave, Stove, Coffee machine, Dishwasher, utensils that you can cook home.


* Pack ' n play and play
* High chair available
* each room has 1 TV
* 2 smart TV one in the living room and one in master bedroom
* High Speed Internet

This house is ideal for a family.

Guest can use the all house except one room that is lock for material staff only.
Backyard is private only used by guest. Dock is available for boating.
* Pool Heat is $10/day upon request and must be paid for the entire stay before arrival

* You have the option to log into your favorite streaming apps including those for broadcast TV. There is no cable TV. If you want to watch a game or any live channel you'll need to watch it on your own device.

* We don't provide streaming app accounts (Netflix, Amazon or Disney+).

* Guest that made booking must be present at checking No more than 10 guests at any giving time

* No party, graduation birthdays or events allowed*

* Pool technician comes every Wednesday between 7am and 12pm.

* Pool pump runs from 9am to 4pm during winter time and 9am to 5 pm during summer time.

* The pool vacuum works on its own for a few hours by timer. In South Florida it's typical for there to be rain and high winds, which may cause additional leaves from the large trees to fall into the pool. There’s also a pool net available. You’re welcome to use this to clean the pool in between pool service cleanings.

* Check in anytime after 4pm with your own access code.

* If check in is after 8pm please make sure to have all check informations prior arrival.

* No more than 2 vehicles on the driveway

* No street parking

* No parking on Grass

* No commercial filming allowed

*No smoking of any kind inside the property, including vaping or medicinal marihuana. If we smell smoke you will be fined $500. You're welcome to smoke outside.

* No drugs or illicit drugs at the property inside and outside at any given time

We are fully registered and compliant with the State of Florida, Broward County, and the City of Pompano Beach . A copy of our Pompano Beach Certificate of Compliance Permit can be viewed upon request.

Below are compliance statements that the City of Pompano Beach requires for all Vacation Rental Properties:
1. It is unlawful to allow for a sexual offender or sexual predator to occupy this residence.
2, Noise - any sound shall not be plainly audible for a period of one (1) minute or longer at a distance of twenty-five (25) feet or more when measured from the source property line between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. daily and at a distance of fifty (50) feet or more when measured from the source property line between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. daily.

3. Vehicle Parking - all vehicles associated with the Vacation Rental must be parked in compliance with Chapter 26 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Pompano Beach : all vehicles associated with the vacation rental must be parked within a driveway located on the subject property; vehicles are not permitted to park in the swale or on the street.

4. Trash Pick-Up - No solid waste container shall be located at the curb for pickup before 6:00 p.m. of the day prior to pick up, and solid waste container must be removed before midnight of the day of pickup. The Property must be free of garbage and litter except the storage of garbage, and litter in authorized receptacles.
