Great location near downtown, Medical Center, and University of Houston Central

Walk in and start working and living. High speed internet 55 MBPS , enough for 5 device to be running at the same time, Streaming TV, fully stocked kitchen ready for cooking. And if we're missing some essentials just let us know and concierge service will bring it. 2 bedrooms - a King Size bed and 2 full sized beds allow for 4 people comfortably. Washer and dryer on site. If you have pets they are more than welcome to our property just be aware that a pet deposit will be applied (Ask for more details)

It's easy to bike or walk ( 15 or 7 minutes respectively and safely) to the lite-rail system that connects you to downtown, University of Houston, the Museum district, the zoo, and Reliant center.

My husband was skeptical about the neighborhood but after the first day he/we LOVED the peacefulness of the area. The home is nice, open, bright and clean! The owners are super responsive and attentive (but not overly attentive) they were able to answer any questions we may have had. Definitely saved this residence as a favorite since we visit a couple of times a year.

Comfortable, clean and close to downtown!

I was here for a work conference and this house has been the perfect Jem to come back to! Extremely clean, had all the cooking resources I need, comfortable set up that could sleep many, Netflix and internet available. My favorite part was it was really close to downtown and there were stores close for grocery shopping if needed. The owner was extremely attentive and communicative, perfect place to stay, would gladly come back again

This is a very clean and well kept home. The Owner is great too. I will stay there again. :-).

This home is newly renovated and up to date. The was also very accommodating and was fast to respond when we booked the home. It is near downtown, where there are a lot of restaurants and easy access to all parts of the city. I will stay there again for sure. :-).
