Spring Break with Family

The house was very nice and in a good neighborhood. Close to everything we wanted to do while we were visiting in AZ. We definitely would stay there again.

Sun and fun in Gilbert

We found the home to be filled with amenities from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the laundry room. The kitchen was beautiful and spacious, as was the living area. The beds were extremely comfortable and allowed us space and privacy when needed. We didn't realize the pool (right across the street) was not heated and since the weather had been so chilly prior to our visit so as a result, we opted not to swim in the cold water.

Great holiday stay for our family

Very well taken care of and comfortable for all of us for a long stay. Included high chairs and pack and plays for the baby. Kitchen and common area were nice and well stocked. Location is convenient to the San Tan shopping area, AZA airport and Toka Sticks golf. Very much enjoyed ourselves!

This was a great home for our extended family to celebrate Thanksgiving together.

This house was great for 3 couples and a toddler to “live” in while we visited other family members living nearby. It’s immediately across from a pool and playground for children. The kitchen/family room set up was perfect with practically everything we needed. The home was tastefully decorated and extremely clean. (Kudos to the cleaning crew). We appreciated being able to set our own keyless house code once we checked in. It gave us a better sense of security. Trains came through at 3 or 4 in the morning, but the light sleepers (me) were the only ones who seemed to really notice. The managers made themselves available if there were any need or question to be answered. We would highly recommend, but make sure the floor plan works for you and your family. We had no problem, but it might not be a perfect fit for some.

Very nice place and neighborhood. Pool right across the street is a plus!

Modern, clean and in very good shape. Really liked the master bedroom on first floor which provides a little more privacy. Owners have thought about what renters might need which was very much appreciated. Close to mall and LDS Temple which met our needs perfectly. Thanks for providing a great home away from home. We will rent here again.

This place was amazing and the owners thought of everything to make the stay comfortable and inviting! My sister and I cannot say enough great things about this home. We come to Arizona every year to visit my snowbird dad. In previous years, we always stayed at hotels and this year we decided to try out our first vacation rental home. This was the best decision ever! We did some cooking at the home and were so amazed to find every little kitchen accessory that we needed was there (from a grill thermometer to an ice cream scooper). The quaint touches like personalized stickers on the toilet tissue made my perfectionist, OCD brain smile!!! The beds were very comfortable, as were the living room furnishings and even the hidden blankets in the storage ottomans. No detail was skipped! We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay here. It was very convenient to get to ample shopping areas and equi-distant to get to my dad's in Apache Junction and all the to-dos in Mesa. We will definitely be back year after year! If you need a place in this area, I wouldn't look anywhere else! Thank you so much Greg & Carol! Best decision ever!!!

Very clean and modern home on quiet street

Very nice place for our family to stay while attending.a wedding in the area. Big open concept kitchen and family room. Great tv and stereo system. Owners had many amenities and great instructions for their use.

When we arrived, the home was spotless and was very welcoming. Directions for everything were complete and easy to follow. Beds were comfortable, and kitchen was well equipped. Location was close to golf, restaurants, hiking, shopping, etc. Great quiet neighborhood. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Perfect for Our Family!

This house has it all. We traveled with our two toddlers and my husbands parents and LOVED having this spacious home to return to for nap time and to relax in the evenings. We enjoyed cooking meals in the huge kitchen, where all the amenities were present for our use. The large table was great for sharing a meal. The home was comfortable and quiet: we felt right at home after arrival and felt very safe and secure during our stay. The kids loved the play area which was right across the street. My husband loved going for jogs on the nearby trails and enjoyed the beautiful views. We couldn’t get over the fact that this pristinely kept home with so much space for us was less expensive than getting hotel rooms! And as a bonus, the decor was beautiful. As a young family, we appreciated the 2 pack n plays, a high chair, and a booster chair. With family nearby, we will be recommending this to our relatives who want to visit and certainly plan to be staying again in the near future. If you’re considering this rental for your trip I can tell you sincerely that you will not be disappointed. Thank you, Greg and Carol, for your wonderful hospitality!

Simply AMAZING!

A beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood, this spacious two level home with stunning views was the best decision of our trip. It was perfectly furnished, the beds were comfortable, and everything we needed to get on with life was available. It was safe, secure, and was nestled in a upscale housing development. The owners made it extra special by leaving two bottles of wine, a selection of craft and domestic beer, and essential cooking ingredients. If we come to Gilbert AZ again this will be our first choice.
